Battlefield 2018.
EA has now confirmed it is working on a new Battlefield game to debut in 2018. Following up on 2016's Battlefield 1, EA now says it is working on the next entry in the franchise for a 2018 release. As reported by Battlefield Bulletin, EA CEO Andrew Wilson confirmed the news in the company's first quarter fiscal year 2018 earnings call. NEWS: #EA's #FY18Q1 investor call. Andrew Wilson confirms that "the next great game in the Battlefield franchise" will be released in 2018. pic.twitter.com/Oyac8NUWC7 — Battlefield Bulletin (@BFBulletin) July 28, 2017 The latest entry in the series, Battlefield 1, launched last year as brutal venture into the carnage of World War I. The game was generally well received and has gained quite a bit of new content since release. The theme and setting of 2018's Battlefield are still a mystery, and it'll likely remain that way for some time. Battlefield 1 still has a few expansions left, and EA likely won't want to take the spotlight off of it so soon. EA also said it will be on the Frostbite engine. BF1 is on frostbite 3. No word if it will be an updated version. I expect it to be on frostbite 3. This confirms my suspicions the BF1 is more or less a beta for something bigger. I believe that swbf was more of an alpha game. So battlefield 2018 should be more stable like BF3 was. Just no word on RSP or 3rd party servers. We all know that EA wants to move away from them for some reason but they can't. https://www.windowscentral.com/new-battlefield-game-confirmed-release-2018 RUMORED expected release date is May 2018. Also rumored is WW2, BF5, and BF2143. I will post more as I get the info.

- Yes, Even You Can Trigger Battlefield 1 Megalodon Easter Egg, Here’s How
Yes, Even You Can Trigger Battlefield 1 Megalodon Easter Egg, Here’s How Each Battlefield game features a lengthy Easter egg for the players to find and last year’s Battlefield 1 is no different. It comes with an Easter Egg called Megalodon that brings a giant shark to the game. There are some easy steps to trigger Battlefield 1 Megalodon Easter egg, even you can trigger it yourself without watching YouTubers trigger it for you, what’s the fun in that? Here’s a step by step DIY explanation to unlock Megalodon Easter egg. There are Vinyl records scattered around the Fort de Vaux map in Battlefield 1. You need to collect these records and bring to a gramophone to play. The gramophone is inside the fort on a table next to some books. You need to play a record labeled “we’re going to need a bigger moat” and decrypt the message. However, we have you covered so you do not need to waste time wrapping your head around it. So you are here for the secret that lies below Vaux. Make sure you are ready for this journey. Do not think it will be easy, and do not expect any reward. All you will find is death. A hint; that is all I have for you, so listen closely: the men that lived here knew its secrets. Search where they rested when they did not work. Since you already know the message this step is not really necessary anymore but you can still go trough with it just for the sake of it. Now for the next part, there are also some red valves scattered throughout the Fort de Vaux map. Locate the valves and turn them. There are three in total, one is at the rubble section of the map, one is at A where the ground can be destroyed, and the last one is in a corridor between D and E. Turning all Valves will fill water in a hole near C. The last part is a little tricky as you need to kill players with melee attacks while they are standing in the hole. This will make water go red with blood and attract Megalodon shark. Kill enough players and she will come. You can use these steps to unlock the easter egg on all three platforms – PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.- Dice Talks Battlefield 1 For Remainder of 2017, Calls it A Revolution
Dice Talks Battlefield 1 For Remainder of 2017, Calls it A Revolution Apparently, they're not done with Battlefield 1. DICE is apparently busy expanding Battlefield 1 for the remainder of 2017. They've outlined their roadmap, calling it a "revolution". This includes a new initiative to deliver maps included in the Premium Pass. With the less-than-successful attempt at Premium Friends (which those maps were a part of), DICE is now launching Premium Trials. According to the roadmap, the first Premium Trial maps will be the Prise de Tahure, Nivelle Nights, and the additional four maps from They Shall Not Pass DLC. While Premium Friends will still be available until Gamescom in Germany (fun fact, German Chancellor Angela Merkel will be opening the event), the roadmap moving forward includes the DLC In the Name of the Tsar, which will launch in September. DICE describes Premium Trials below: "Premium Trials is a way for players who don’t own a Battlefield 1 Premium Pass to play on maps they normally wouldn’t have access to. Unlike Premium Friends, Premium Trials doesn’t require you to join a squad with a Battlefield 1 Premium Pass owner – you’ll simply have access to Premium maps by logging into the game*." DICE has also detailed their third expansion to the game, Turning Tides. It will feature naval battles along with the usual land and air battles. Lastly, Battlefield 1 will join a number of games on EA Access and Origin Access for Xbox One and PC respectively. In the Name of the Tsar launches in September, but Premium Pass members can get early access.- Steam Bans Over 40,000 Accounts
http://steamed.kotaku.com/steam-bans-over-40-000-accounts-1796781374- Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 are coming to Origin Access
A couple of big-time shooters are headed to Electronic Arts' subscription-based Origin Access service: Both Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 will be added to the library later this summer, along with all four Star Wars Battlefront expansions, and The Sims 4. Origin will also offer subscribers access to the FIFA 18 "Play First Trial"—essentially an early access release of FIFA 18—as well as the "supernatural coming of age mystery" Oxenfree and the space combat RPG Rebel Galaxy. Hard release dates weren't announced, but EA said they will all arrive sometime between now and September 2017. Origin Access goes for$5/£4 per months, or $30/£20 per year, and includes access to a broad selection of EA games and a ten percent discount on digital purchases. I'm not really a fan of renting games rather than owning them, but I have to admit that EA is making Access a legitimately tempting proposition. Full details about the program, including a list of all the games on offer, are available at origin.com. https://twitter.com/OriginInsider- Who likes naked chicks with guns?
