  4. Yes you can hide your ip address.. but its more hassle then it is worth... some isps have a proxy for their customers to use.. not many but you can hide your ip by useing one. there are some proxys you can pay to use, keep in mind that there are problems with useing them as well such as your speeds being slower.. proxys being shared by people who abuse them get those proxys banned from websites.. this is pretty much more of a pain in the butt then its worth..

im pretty sure the problem is that your monitor doesnt support the refresh rate that your set at.. just ebcause your video card does doesnt mean your monitor will.. so if you cant figure out how to get into safe mode and change it.. you can always hook up a better monitor to it if you have a better one.. if not.. heh well.. safe mode

We used DC as a test mod to try out the ideas, however nothing in DC is in BF2, DICE in Sweden is making all the artwork and engine." http://www.forumplanet.com/planetbattlefield/desertcombat/topic.asp?fid=5951&tid=1378926&p=4 post #52

The point is to have a page or text document that looks how you want it to look in whatever browser is used to read it.

I have no idea yet, I'll have to find a 32 player server and check it out... I did read that they don't use a peer multiplayer type anymore its client / server now so i'm inclined to lean twards not much change in FPS.. although i'm sure there will be a bit of a drop when you get into a hell of a firefight but thats the same in almost any game.. This game is also designed to run on older systems with little to no problems so i'm thinking it won't be too bad.. check the system requirements on planetdoom maybe read some forums and such see what others think.. sorry i can't be more help.

  22. as taken from their forums, http://forums.unitedadmins.com/index.php?showtopic=36047 I don't want anyone 'ghosting' using phpUA (using phpUA to find out where opponents are) when I'm running the phpua_mm Metamod Plugin. What can I do about it? You can define a value for the phpua_refresh_lag CVAR in your server's autoexec.cfg in order to create a delay between what's happening on the gameserver and what's visible on phpUA. To determine what value to use for phpua_refresh_lag, use this formula: delay = phpua_timer_refresh × phpua_refresh_lag Therefore, if you would like to have a ten-second delay, and your phpua_timer_refresh (which is equal to Stream Interval in the phpUA administration settings) is set to 2, then you would set phpua_refresh_lag equal to 5. These should all be set in your server's autoexec.cfg.
