Unh Uh Shotty.You can take the Famas on.There are guns that you can use and techniques that will make them expend their ammo and then you finish them. There used to be more guns but they got nerfed. Geeee I wonder why. Uzi was one of them. To me they were equal (Famas/Uzi) at close range but of course the Uzi in 2.8 sucked for mid/long range.

I wish they would put the Uzi back like they had it in 2.8.Then there would be three guns to I would like in game.Famas, Uzi, G3A3

As far as overclocking. Just do it a step at a time. First go as far as you can with stock volts by increasing your FSB. Then raise your volts to make it stable. Keep your memory timings at 3,3,3,11 so the memory will not cause problems.

One more thing.My fastest card b4I bought the 5600 ultra was a 64 meg TI4200. It overclcoks to 320core, 620 mem. It plays Doom3 quite well.It is not the quantity of memory but the speed at which it runs.

Oh yeah. If you can find a GF FX 5600 ULTRA by Gainward. They are faster than a TI4200 and do DX9 pretty well.I got one form Newegg refurbed for $90 shipped and it is a great card.

DO NOT GET THE 256mb TI4200.The core of a 4200 is NOT capable of using more than 128mb of memory in games. It is a waste of money.Stick with what you have till you can afford a lot better.

You dont.I have 11 computers. The last Steam update caused 5 out of 11 to have to have Steam reinstalled b/c it would not update. .Blob deletion etc etc would not work.Install DX 9.0C. Update your videocard drivers.Reinstall Steam and see what happens.

Yes a lan does mean you have to worry.UT2003, UT2004, NFSHP2, And a few others have stopped me from having succersfull lan parties with these games b/c of CD key issues.
