I finally got around to trying it with more people online. Ran amazingly well in... "Seattle T3 ...." demo server, 40 players total(20-20), ping 100, my ping 90. So I guess it'll run ok for us in bigger retail online maps, maybe not as many as 40 players though. Too bad I have no idea when I may be able to afford it.

Reminds me of when he and I played Shadow Warrior against each other thru 56k dial modems. When I saw him at work I said "Ahhh, who wants some Lo Wang ?" Hands went up all around. Then there were those funny in game taunts like, "You no fight good with hands, try ***k ". P ... S : Where did you shoot this ? In the can ?

And you back this hope or belief on what, donation ? Private forums seem negative on it. Which is why I'm trying to encourage all that want it to continue to donate specifying it for FA. TigerHawk and I donated thanks to TigerHawk thru me for FA not just for us but the many others that seem to support it but need to find ways to help support the costs.

I vote for as long as possible by whatever means.

I don't know you like so many seem to think they do or hold judgements by whatever in past. I'm still addicted to FA like many, who maybe have no choice from limited systems and funds. But my addictions are from team voice feeling more part of it reconing enemy whereabouts, trying to keep team organized defensively and offensively. Also I think it's the stats that keeps me coming back for more punishment. Can always work on stats of one kind or another, like k/d. You have my vote for keeping FA or something similar alive, or atleast public forum input for the sake of the many that can't run the newer more demanding games. If well advertised to reach the appropriate audience, if determined "out there", anything possible.

I'm trying to make it easier to see with poll, who will definitely pay to play FA. If you not sure how, with no visa for Paypal, select the "will by postal mail" vote. This, if it gets enough votes, will be considered by owners as to where to send donations. The donation purse is getting low. However, many false pledges get promised with nothing coming in to help with this "open to public" server. So if you vote yes, donate asap, with private pm explanation to Gator of what it is you sent and hope to help maintain. You don't have to say publicly in this forum what you intend to send and how often. SC's see this and know who has, when, how much. If you know someone with visa you could give them your donation, get reciept, in case they forget, and let them use their visa to donate with paypal which has proven over many years to be very secure and safe. Just ask them to see the email paypal sends back to confirm payment sent, or have then enter your email at paypal site so you get reciept. pm Gator what amount was sent, when and with what email confirm address so he knows it was you.

I remember one time something similar. I told my team to all switch to other team to see if they get the hint since screen was ignored. Everyone ended up on other team. Lots of "wtf" 's. Then all the original enemy moved to other side. :peace:

Yes. No background operations running that not absolutley needed. I manually check updates. For gaming, nothing running but game and security stuff. Minimum video and sound settings fine with me if it means no lag.
