Hey Patches the reason why your speed is limited is because of your infrastructure DSL has a cap around 15mbps while Wolf and I are running most likely cable though Wolf might be running fiber optic. So no matter how much you pay you will still experience the same issues. Also remember that while your local server may say your good it depends how your ISP routes you. This actually explains why I don't play on the Seattle server even though I have massive bandwidth. When I play on Seattle I get packet loss as well however when I play on an EU server I get a better ping and zero packet loss. The reason why my ping is better to EU is because I'm right on the transatlantic line that is purely fiber optic. While out west its mainly coaxial cable with some fiber. EU servers I run anywhere from 85-125 ms while for some reason Seattle sits at around 120 ms with a bit of packet loss. While playing the other night players warped all around me which is why I sat back and sniped. Now one thing you can do Patches is run a tracert from the command prompt to the server and see where your hang up is. In general DSL has a lot of crosstalk which will interfere with your signal going through which would explain why your speed fluctuates is because your ISPs DSL is saturated. The only way to get around this is choose another infrastructure such as cable or fiber if it is available. While some ISPs can "throttle" you per say I'm not sure this is really the case. Before you submit your complaint to the CRTC do some research and run some tracerts to various locations close and far away and see if its more routing than anything else. If you have generally a high latency in any location then yes your ISP could be playing dirty but if your latency is low then gets higher at various hops then its your routing.

Giving IPS a shot I see they aren't too bad their format is similar to ours.

Gator did you ever decide what you are going to get. That M&P looked nice while with a revolver you have more safety as you can carry the hammer down and then use the double action when the time arises. It's too difficult to get a pistol out here so I will stick with my rifles for the time being.

I'll probably throw a partition on one of my many hard drives and give it a shot. Nice to see that start menu back was just more organized with it.

I know its been a while but I am fine a doing well. I've made some major changes in my life. Mother had a two major surgeries at the beginning of this year and the family is in a bit of a financial bind. So i'm doing what I can to help support them. School has really eaten into gaming time and plus FPS has lost it's appeal to me. I'm no longer a manager with Walmart I had to step back to allow more time for school while I still work for Walmart the deli isn't exactly my cup of tea but pays decently. I had a few reasons for leaving the managerial position one being school and the other being the way I was treated in that store. Now that store is under investigation by corporate for the mass firings they recently did so I left just in time. I still have to work full time because I can't get enough from federal student aide. I have completed several courses and currently maintain a 4.0 GPA. The coding courses were intense and fun. As I continue through college I think that a full time job will become a hinderance as courses become more intense and may require me to drop to part time. I'm set to graduate in Nov 2016 with a Bachelor's in Computer Information Science with an analysis and integration major. I hope everyone is doing well and will try to frequent a bit more often. I do play a lot of MMOs now Star Trek Online, SWTOR, and some free to play ones as well in my free time. Computer is doing well except for the watercooling pump failure a few months back. I don't use teamspeak that much anymore but anytime you want to chat I use Skype as an IM service. If you have Skype and want to add me just search my email connery0072005@twcny.rr.com. I'm running the page file on one of my spinners and i'm actually getting better performance. The pagefile does too much writing and overwriting. Now the SSD just does nothing but load applications and games. My boot times have improved as well.

It works i've tried some of these myself and got some extra space out of it.

One shot bug i wish i had gotten that one a few times. The sound bugs would be great to get fixed. Can't stand the silence on some of these maps.
