Definitely worth it if you play a lot of bf2142. In my opinion, the best unlocks are the AR rocket 4 shot, the sprint upgrade, extra clip for engineer, squad leader spawn upgrade, engineer motion mine bait.

Sounds like it is. About a month ago this annoying guy was just running around and shooting me with like 2 shots with his pistol then healing me over and over. Driving me nuts. I teamkilled him a couple times :thumbsup:

My gf's comp is pretty lousy too, worst part I can't upgrade the ram because it is too expensive. It uses some RDRAM which for some reason costs an arm and a leg. It is a P4 1.8GHz w/ Nvidia 5600FX and 768MB ram.

I started uninstalling every single program that I never used. I deleted a bunch of crap, I ran msconfig and only ran programs that I needed. I ran disk error check overnight and then defragged, ran adaware and spybot and did a few other routine maintenance and I greatly reduced the CTDs, although it still does it but noticeably not as much.

I never look at the outfits. I have to train my crosshairs and see if the name comes up red, then I shoot. I think this may be draining away precious time that I could use. This is especially a problem when in close quarters. Do you shoot enemies because you recognize their outfit, or do you wait for the red lettering or red square to pop up first? All the outfits look same to me!

Yea, it would be nice to have a table or something like that to just put your cell phone on it and it will charge. If you really think about it though, almost all electrical devices are wirelessly powered. If something has an electrical transformer in it, it is wirelessly powered.Two ends of a transformer do not touch. Power is transmitted wirelessly and fractioned.

I just reread my post and it doesn't make much sense lol. It is some 'routine' it seems like the advanced players have. I can't really figure it out, but they are definitely running around, going prone, possibly jumping or crouching. It makes them really hard to hit, and doing this they can sneak into the core easily, or just come up to your face and knife you because they are so hard to hit. I have been trying something like this lately, but I don't know if it is helping me any lol. Phrogg and Thomaspc have it down though.

I see Phrogg do this and I seen Thomaspc do this yesterday and every now and then someone else does it. I can't shoot them! They are like a ninja or something. How do you do it? They can run around, they prone or squat and jump or something and then knife you. Or we can totally be defending the titan core and they ninja into the core and RDX everything, WTF!!!!??? I am gonna pull my hair out! What are your tips to ninja around?
