Aside playing BF2142 and Counter Strike Source, my favorite and probably most expensive hobby is my RC cars. Here are a few pics of my stuff. I get nervous and my fingers start shaking if I am winning. Most weeks I barely make the A-main. I am also into bowling. This year, I took first place in the mixed city doubles bowling tournament. I almost had a 300 game, I bowled a 280. I took 6th place in Mens city tournament this year too. I used to be even better. Before college, I almost broke an 11 year record. I bowled a 286, 265 and a 241 in series and almost had an 800 series. I bowled a 298 game and got a ring. A 300 game and an 800 series are still elusive to me. Please share your hobbies!!

I chose the 4 clip, max capacity AR unlock for assault kit. I am thinking my next choice will be the stamina recovery, or the support grenade launcher. What do you guys think?

I like mediterranean food. That has gotta rank about 2 or 3 for me. I really like hummus with the bread and shrimp kabob, but my favorite is probably cajun food. ooooh yea, gimme shrimp or crawfish etouffe mmmm, gumbo.

I use firefox. I have it set up on my girlfriends computer and she doesn't know the difference. I have it on my laptop too that runs linux. I don't want to buy another copy of windows right now just for my laptop because all I use it for is checking email and the internet when I am out of town. It is nice knowing that even on my laptop I can run the same browser as my desktop at home even though it is windows. I also use open office for everything too, my desktop and laptop. My girlfriend has Microsoft Office on her computer though because she is more comfortable with it and uses it at work too.

I just played it too with conquest and that was fun! I never really played conquest. We had a map of titan, then a conquest map, then two more titan maps! PERFECT!!!

I can't believe you said Lynyrd Skynyrd sucks! I can't believe you said System of a Down sucks too! I'd have to give my vote to something like Tenacious D, no point in listening to their music because it is just a movie joke even though they are playing on some stations. Hey the Armory server is back up and it has been full almost every time I get on to play. I gained a level yesterday too woot. I am going out of town Monday for work and won't be back till mid-end of June. I will be back for Saturday and Sundays though. I hope that the server stays up though!

I think I started playing BF2142 when you guys were doing Titan/Conquest server. I'd try that again as long as it was a rotation like that. I actually have been playing BF2142 less since Armory dropped the Titan server It is fun playing it at BOC but I enjoy playing with the Armory guys more. I really hope we get Titan 24/7 up, or at a minimum Titan/Conquest.

Please put the Titan server back up That is all I play, I don't even play the SF server or the other map server, just titan maps all the time. I miss playing on the Armory Titan server with you guys. I don't even like the NS or SF games at all. I been playing at BOC server Titan 24/7 and this other Titan server. Please bring it back!

How can you ignore the scientific consensus? It is a fact that green house gases are being released into the atmosphere unnaturally. It is a fact that ice shelfs in the arctic and antarctic are breaking off. It is a fact that the ozone layer has a hole that is increasing in size. It is a fact that temperatures around the world are increasing. It is a fact that glaciers are melting. It is a fact that the Coral Reefs are dying. It is a fact that villages in the Phillipines are now under water. It is a fact that there is global climate change. I am from Colorado, and my home city hasn't seen snow like it did 15 years ago. We also had daily monsoons, every night in the summer. I remember, it would screw up our plans to go to Elitchs or Water World. We are currently in a statewide drought that started more than 10 years ago. Every year, I see the snow pack in the Mountains. I work in the Mountains in the summer, and travel all over Colorado every month. This year was especially surprising. For most of the winter, the mountains in Vail were dry. No snow caps at all. The only place that had snow was the slopes, and that was made artificially. I have seen the Arkansas River go from full flow to barely a stream in just a matter of years. I used to ride the river trails on my mountain bike weekly and I could see the drastic difference.

I just noticed that this is a process running at startup and it stays on. What is this? I don't think it has always ran at startup. Is it related to Punkbuster and why does it run at startup now?

I voted for Sanjaya about 30 times this week and my girlfriend got so mad at me. She says she won't allow me to watch the show with her anymore lol. Sanjaya is going to be the next american idol ,,!,,(>_<),,!,,

Aww I wanted to vote for Titan

I love talking about this stuff. I first want to say that it has not been proven that the Universe is limited, but the general consensus is that it is. The reason it is believed the Universe is limited is due to the fact that space is curved. It is only limited if the Universe is curved onto itself. This would mean that there is enough mass and energy in the Universe that causes all of space to curve onto itself. Currently, we only know about 7% (or about that) of the required mass and energy needed to curve the space enough so that the Universe is curved back onto itself. The other 93% is exotic, or undetectable dark matter. Either that, or Einstein is wrong. There may need to be more physics to explain why some things are happening. Such as the velocity that stars on the outer edges of galaxies orbit the center as fast as they do. But back to the idea that space is limited. So lets assume that there is enough mass and energy so that all space is curved back on itself. This would mean that if you travel in a straight line in space, you will end up back where you started just as if you traveled in a straight line on the Earth, you will end up where you started. The surface of the Earth is a 2-dimensional curved space, so a sphere. The surface of the Universe is a 3-dimensional curved space, so a hypersphere. Space is curved right? According to Einstein. Space is curved around the Sun. So this means that the Earth is traveling in a straight line, but in a curved space created by the mass and energy of the Sun. This looks like an orbit, but in the realm of 3-dimensional curved space, it is not. Now let us build on this idea. Now do you agree with me that traveling at the speed of light, that there is a mass so great that would cause light to orbit around it? Yea, there are things that can cause this, black holes and possibly the Universe itself. A black hole causes this because its curved space is so great, that light just curves back onto itself. Space itself in a black hole is curved back onto itself, but this is in a small area compared to the rest of the Universe. So the Universe must be very massive if a ray of light will bend back onto itself. This is what is believed if the Universe is limited. And there are other problems too if the Universe is infinite. If the Universe isn't limited, and infinite in size, then that must mean that there are an infinite amount of Earths and Suns, and an infinite amount of clones of you, and everything that has already happened, has already happened. If the Universe is infinite, then you have been poor and rich and infinite amount of times somewhere far away a long time ago.

My girlfriend hates video games, and hates that I play video games.

There was a thread a while back when this game came out about some of us playing this game. Well where are you at now and what is going on? I am a level 19 Ranger on Florendyl. I am still trying to solo kill the hardest guys I can. I know I haven't been playing any other game since. I did play a little bit of counter strike source about a week ago and that was fun, but went right back to Vanguard.

2ms LCD isn't necessary, unless you just want bragging rights. I have owned a 8ms LCD monitor for a long time and it doesn't ghost. I actually just started looking for a LCD monitor for my girlfriend and was astonished that they are selling cheap 4ms LCDs for about $160. I remember when I bought this 8ms LCD, it was the top of the line gaming LCD and they had just barely getting them to this low of a refresh rate.
