I think everyone is trying to get a big lesson from this. There isn't one. It's fun to pretend it gets us out of our daily mundane lives. It can help us get away from the tedium of day-to-day life for a bit. It's to what degree it exists. If you don't shower, don't do anything else, get fat, lose friends...etc. well duh that isn't healthy. Addictions are as varied as possible. The real question is why are they doing it.

I'm on my third. Number 1 I misplaced, ya I know. Number 2 we have by my wife gave it a serious smackdown. My number 3 is a Sony can't remember which. 8.1 megapixel. Pictures are awesome, it recognizes faces and adjusts the image for the best picture. Sam's had them for $180 for a short time. Now I believe they are $269. The first one I had was a Sony, loved it. After I lost it I got a Nikon. Compact but much less in the way of options. I went back to Sony because I wanted to be able to shoot in black and white and other things. Anywho look at the Sony's I really noticed a difference. Also don't get anything less than 8 megapixels. That can print pictures at 11x17 if printed.
