I am a very grumpy person when I don't get enough sleep, I hate feeling tired. I work nights so I can stay up super late and still get my 7 hours, I love playing with the late night regulars so it works for me. When I work mornings I stay up late even though I know I will hate life the next day, I've always been a night person, when I was a kid my parents would have to wake me up on xmas day or I'd sleep till noon. I will be dead tired all day and will want to do nothing but sleep but around 10-11pm I get my 2nd wind and have no problems staying up till 3-4am, if I work 5 mornings in a row I will sleep 12-14 hours when I have a day off. When I was in High School I got up early 5 days a week and I still couldn't get to sleep when I needed to. My grades really suffered, the classes I had in periods 1-3 I barely passed. I got two B's and the rest were A's in the classes I had after 3rd period, this was over a 4 year span. When I attended ITT I scheduled all my classes at night and I did very well I'll be in trouble when I have kids.

Berlin is a lot of fun if the other team can break through quickly, if you are in a decent squad and play right you can get back. I have noticed if you play in the afternoon/early evening it's hard to get back, this is because the teams get stacked when a bunch of non regulars are on, good players switch to the better team. Basically if theres a bunch of Armory guys on the game will be fair. Some people (even regulars) will put a beacon right next to the building, they barely pod surf so you can get on the roof. If it's a squad leader he'll destroy the old beacon and put a new one on the roof, this makes it impossible to tell if they cheated or not. Maybe a rule making beacons on the roof illegal would solve the problem? It is hard to police regardless, we need a late night admin badly though. We have an awesome late night crowd and it makes for some great battles, 3:30 this morn the server had 44 people and a few clans had 3-4 people playing. It really sucks when a few people are cheating and no one is on to do anything about it, sometimes people don't care about warnings and will continue to cheat for hours because we can't kick them.

Work/school is for losers! Gaming 12 hours a day is what the cool people do, gadfry being an exception of course.

I feel your pain, I get angry when ppl are not team playing. Usually when lots of armory guys are on we change teams to make things as fair as possible, it's a shame more people don't follow our lead. I generally play at night and rarely see a lopsided victory for more than a round or two, I always switch to the noob team as do most of the late night regulars, if we have to play against each other so be it, I have just as much fun playing against the regulars as I do playing with them, it gets very competitive and intense at times, Armory is still the most consistant server I've found. Maybe we should make getting on the top roofs and spawn camping against the rules? It would help prevent lopsided victories and it would force people to team play.

Team play is the main reason why our servers are so much fun and competitive, the regulars always squad up and we all work together as a team. Do you have a microphone? Squads who use VOIP have a HUGE advantage over squads who don't talk, it makes the game so much eaiser and it's nice making friends with people who like the same kinda games you do. Out of all my offline friends I am the only one who plays PC games, it's nice having fellow PC gamers to talk to. We play other games, mostly FPS's but when a new game comes out some of us will buy it and we'll all play it together. We use Ventrilo so we can talk at any time. Most of us talk quite a bit, even if we're not gaming. It's really fun when a bunch of armory guys are on the same server and we're playing against eachother, it makes for some very funny conversation. If you want Ventrilo access let one of the admin's know and they'll set you up. I'll see you online!

4000dpi is wayyyyy too sensitive for FPS's. I keep my logitech G7 set at 900dpi and that seems to be perfect for me.

They should put a tv in the steering wheel, who needs air bags! The last thing we need is more things to distract already crappy drivers, most people cant drive normal and talk on the cell.

VW and Apple are having meetings about joining forces and creating the "iCar", I'm wondering what they will come up with.
