You probably wouldn't wanna play with the late night crowd, sometimes it takes 3-4 revives to find some cover but that's just how it goes. When I die I call for a medic and watch the minimap, if I see a medic running to me I get ready to jump up and go, don't just lay there.

Is anyone having problems with EA Downloader w/Vista 64? It keeps asking me to install adobe flash, I click ok and flash installs fine but when I start EA Downloader it does the same thing. When I load the game I just hit cancel and EA Downloader is never loaded, I can still play the game I just can't download/install anything.

I don't buy every game under the sun, I'm picky. I didn't get 2142 till March '07 so it's still fun for me. I played BF1942 on and off for 3 years and I will probably do the same with 2142. A new BF WW2 game with all the eye candy and features would be super fun, I miss the simplicity of it all. TF2 looks fun but seems like it would get boring, with Orange Box being released in around 20 days I'll save my money and keep playing BF. I can't wait for COD4.

I'm sure u will be able to use torrents soon after the demo is released. I'm not paying to download free software, I already pay my 50/mo for RR.

I play PC games mostly, I haven't had a console system since I got rid of my PS2 a year after it came out. I used to do a ton of shopping online (mostly computer stuff) and never had any problems, I was dumb about it back then so I'm surprised nothing ever happened. We have a Microcenter here in Columbus, their prices are close to newegg so thats where I do most of my shopping these day, I really hate waiting. I have been hearing about security breaches a lot more over the past couple years so that's probably what happened. How do you go about getting the one time #'s?

I built my computer with 2gb. BF was choppy because my hard drive was very active, when I quit the game it took my comp a few mins to recover. I put another 2gb in and it was night and day, gaming is much better and Vista is much quicker. My hard drive barely reads at all once everything is loaded up, page file = bad My computer started crashing when maps change in titan mode after I upgraded to 4gb, I have no problems with Vista or any other game. I have 2gb of OCZ and 2gb of G-Skill, I guess BF doesn't like my new memory. The BF engine is very sensitive to hardware, if your computer isn't perfect you may see errors. Does your friend overclock? BF is very sensitive to that as well.

I can't wait to play it online, I've always liked war games. Bioshock is sweet but it's more of a solo game, I like team games like BF.
