it really matters what people you were playing with, but mostly, if you're playing smart, you don't get this kind of gaming experiance. Bf2 is a very "go for cover, stay behind cover, pot shots are you kills" kind of game.

you should not be able to lock ranked servers. That's basically saying that only the people you want to get points can get points.

hardlythe commander more is more like 'suggesting' things to do to the people who bother to get into squads. Basically, all I see now is the commander running around with the rest of the people, trying to win (but never does) so he can get x2 XP

And Bf2 isn't meant to be a single player game, it's focused completely on multiplayer, with single player being a kind of training thing for newbies

Correct, as long as TA stays around, Fa will be alive. But that's a Terri Schivo kind of alive (sorry, no offense). I officially thought of FA as dead when the website/forums went away. Now it has no backing, and it only exists on other people's computers. Bf2 is obviously, where most gaming clans are heading for, and we should do the same. Who here hasn't enjoyed Bf2? I don't think anyone can say that Bf2 is a bad game (bugs and comp issues aside) Although I'm not in the clan anymore, this is one of the main reasons I left, TA clung too much to the past and wasn't with the here and now. Hopefully, a logical decision can be made shortly

Waste of money unless you wanted it just for games?It combines all those things, the cellphone browsing, mp3 player, PDA, etc. into 1 extremly slick, portable device (with a nice big screen, something the others don't have). And it costs LESS than what you would pay to buy all those other things seperatly. It's an amazing deal, you definatly get what you pay for

that's why you don't store large movie files on it. You buy the UMDs

I'm positive people like goss and PoP guys aren't as good as they are with default stuff. I see it in CS 1.6 and CSS too. I once knew a guy from an old CS 1.6 clan that came from CAL-I. He had a massive long list of commands in his autoexec (stuff like when you crouch your sensitivity goes down). Some of his models (awp, etc.) were see through (though he didn't have hacks) and he had replaced some textures on popular maps like dust and such. Of course, whenever I play a new HL mod, I always make sure brightness and gamma are set to full, I have my switch to last button set to F, my talk button to Q, my WADS set up, and my decals at max (for pre-source games)
