I'm not sure what the updates include, but there is a fairly good size update today when you log into Origin.

I have the GTX 470 and it is working normally. The game itself has general lag itself, especially the 64-player servers.

Found this on the Battlefield Forums, and it works Part A 1) Navigate to: C:UsersUserDocumentsBattlefield 3settings 2) Copy file: PROF_SAVE_profile 3) Navigate to: C:UsersUserDocumentsBattlefield 4settings 3) Paste copied file: PROF_SAVE_profile 4) Re-name file: PROFSAVE_profile - To anything you like. I suggest keeping this just incase. 5) Re-name file PROF_SAVE_profile you copied from BF3 directory to PROFSAVE_profile The End. Please note, there may be settings within the original BF4 file that obviously won't be transferred across. To ensure all relevant settings from the original BF4 are retained - I would suggest doing the following: Part B 1) After you have completed Part A enter a game as normal. 2) Alt + esc from the game and navigate to: C:UsersUserDocumentsBattlefield 4settings 3) Re-name the original BF4 file which you should have kept safe - back to it's original name: PROFSAVE_profile 4) Discard the file you copied from the BF3 directory 5) Re-enter Game 6) Navigate to game Menu / Key Bindings and make a temporary key binding change 7) Click back and select save The End.

I just added BF4 to PBSetup, and I discovered it needed an update. Just saying ...

They have a big announcement on it in Battlelog, which states: "Some Battlefield 4 beta testers are experiencing issues preloading the beta client. We are investigating the delay and are working as quickly as we can to get the preloads started."

I would have normally put this up for a vote, but we are to close to the billing cycle for that. I requested to have the server cancelled, so we have more cash to spend on our shinny new BF4 server(s). I think it will die on the 28th, but I'm not sure. :sorry: The BF4 Beta will be out on Tuesday, and will run for two weeks. In less than two weeks after that, the game will be released. :lies:

I say we rent one server dedicated to 64-player CONQUEST, and one 32-player server for the new map mode OBLITERATION. What are your thoughts?

Will VOIP work properly in Battlefield 4? It wasn't included in Battlefield 3. It did work properly in Battlefield Bad Company 2 (almost non-existent). It took a long time for them to get it to work in Battlefield 2, and even then it had issues. So what do you think?

I read that. It also said that it took 36 years to get there, and would take another 40,000 years to get to the nearest star.

It looks great, but I hope the mortars are not as weak as they are in BF3 where it takes a couple of times to kill them. I also noticed a guy jumped down from a second story balcony and did not receive any injury, so hopefully this is fixed in BF4. The game looks great though.
