I'm trying to get a working knowledge of the Far Cry map editor, so I downloaded Far Cry 4 and started learning the editor functions. I plan on making mostly 6v6 PvP maps for Far Cry 5, so I will need everyone's input before and after I start making the maps with a goal of making them the best. If this holds true, I don't believe I will be getting the game at this point. Looks like it will be a disaster.

It seems we will be able to create maps for PvP using the included map editor. They even point out that their will be a "Map Vote" with 3 choices when it is released. I don't know about the group, but I know Danbaron, Slow202, and myself will be getting it. In fact, I plan on getting the Gold addition that comes with all the upcoming DLC. They are bringing the map editor back, so I might try to see if I can make something decent to play.

Also, Far Cry 5 is a "First Person" shooter. GreenManGaming.com has it for 10% off. I use the game developer's app when purchasing a game to prevent such issues. I only use Steam if they are the sole source for the game.

Actually, I was referring to the TV series from the 60s. It wasn't a movie until much later after the TV series ended. Younger folks may only know it as a movie.
