I usually am too much excited that I got someone in the middle of my croshair that I just shoot and usually miss his head (most of the time I miss completely) Another question is how many of his recording was wasted... Ehm, I am afraid we're only discussing the possibilites. I hope it's not a bannable offence (yet). We don't do it on FA server for many reasons: a. that's a place where people should play not complain; b. it may interfere with a gameplay; c. the place where people exchange the information is called forum, see: also definition here. Point 3 of that definition should suit us well. I think the rule: "you don't like it, leave" doesn't apply in this case (I emphasize: when we discuss if the word "sh*t" or "merde" should be bannable or not. To me they mean the same. I speak French good enough to see no difference. The explanation of BTD didn't satisfy me, ). Of course bottom line is: if we don't like it we may leave it. But it raises another question: leave what? Forum? A public meeting or assembly for open discussion?. It doesn't seem to make sense. Leave TAC's FA server? OK, me and Ky did that long ago (me- 3 months ago; dunno about Ky). So now, you see, we discuss, we don't complain or try to force our life style because we're no longer playing. From that point of view: you might have some difficulties with execution of the ban. No SteamID, sorry.

The best way to fight against monopoly is to create your own... or make everyone know that your server's the best around... so simple... why can't you achieve it?

That was my usual ping when I played on tac server but still were able to scrap 1.85 K/D ratio. I didn't vote yet, but you know my opinion: FA was dead when I left that sinking (and stinking ) ship 3 months ago.

basrah- mp5k and suppressor, golan- sr or famas, rubble -svd, gwar (I know, I know) any sniper rifle or m16, upham- g3a3 or sniper rifle, iwojima- in normal conditions- I like it without arty; in fun mode- any weapon- sometimes I played with knife (but server cannot be crowded) or with mp5k; on some servers the players were forced to use nothing but knife... or pistol... or pistol + explosives, etc. river, caen, sweden, splinter, durandal, crash, boccage, marie and coldwar would also get my vote. BTW: there's 2 times tc_golan in the poll

25-0 on vietnam map (gator introduced it... once). I found great camping spot and used barrett. I got the score way over 30 to zip on tc_battlefield (??? the map when a player could camp in his spawn and shot the other; there were some hills/ valleys and bushes/ trees in the middle; on one side of the field there were some trenches). In the last case there were 2 tac players and doc (I mean: [Dial] Doc) in my team and they get a bit suspicious (they used mics) and when I tried to explain them and started to type I was booted (no kicks or bans).

for now, at least. Thx Sgoss for your info. I do understand the whole 'affair' as the situation where some decided to go on source while the other directed towards WaW. Both sides claim they are right (I wonder why ) and both feel they were betrayed/ deserted (though by different people). Small personal note: I did learn one more thing during my studies. If you want to be respected by others, never ever use argumentum ad personam. If you are using it there's no discussion but :peace: and it leads nowhere. Both sides dug deeper in their trenches and the droppings fly left and right. Sometimes people from the outside are hit, too.

Maybe I didn't learn much during my college years but I definitely learnt one thing: et audiatur altera pars. Let's see what Sgoss can say.
