  2. Umgh, Rip when was the last time you were banned because you were trying to bypass a word filter? :o We ALL know that you CAN curse. Why are you doing it again? BTW this guy's name was Grevious, General Grevious and he (it?) didn't curse once. You could follow this example :o
  3. I was 2 when the movie was released and 4 (as far as I remember) when I saw it in theatre. It was a great achievement though because it was PG-12...
  4. "here" he means his/ our location "siedze na dupie przed kompem" :lies: Good luck in the army, Defcon a.k.a. Flak Magnet. BTW: I found some interesting advertisement of the Navy on espn but I'm afraid I won't join soon...

  7. If you already know how the certain plots must end you won't have a big discussion. My opinion about this movie: it's better than I thought. It's better than episodes I and II combined (approximately 4 times better). It can be compared with episode VI (IMO). It's basicaly episode II with more fight scenes and less love scenes which is better because Skywalker studio did huge job on CGI and actors (Natalie and Hayden) still can't play love scenes (altough again they are better than in episode II ). It's definitely worth to see.

In my neighbourhood, a 43-years old guy killed his 19-years old daughter during the family dispute (she backed up her mother in that show-down so she got stabbed a couple of times in the chest) then went to the roof and threatened that he would jump off... 4 (four) police negotiators were working on this case (plus swat squad). They fooled him that his daughter is alive- they showed him a living body on a stretcher (it was a disguised policewoman) so he came down a couple of hours later. Now, he's facing a trial that could end in life-sentence... What a waste of public money (negotiators, swat squad, life in prison)... C'mon, I would push him down for free...

I know Armory forums? last year... topic with no replies... the topic was like: "I'm going to share with you with my crosshairs. They helped me, I hope they can help you". I can sent it to you. OK, why am I asking? I'm going to sent it to your e-mail adress. Beware! there's no m4, m14 sprites (the main file doesn't have it) so don't overwrite the whole contents of the sprites folder. I finally managed (yesterday) to add those crosshairs but it's no good (both weapons are labelled ak74...) and probably I messed up with the sprites (all m4, m14 kills look like they were made by claymore, clay doesn't have it's own icon...). I partially disagree with that part. It's difficult to kill the guys with high k/d ratios only with intelligence. IMHO the most important part is experience (aside of spam and manual clays). They (top players) are not monkeys that run fast forward, spraying and praying. They usually don't reload near the enemy. They don't need the whole clip to kill 2 or 3 opponents. They usually save some ammo for the one waiting for them behind the corner. It's difficult- at least imo- to learn from the best when you're on the wrong side of the rifle and you usually didn't notice who, how and when just killed you. Putting personal differences aside (s^d clan? ), IMO joining stacked team saves new player from frustrate thinking: "how the .... (<--- it's a place for your favourite curse) did he killed me?" DD, when did you start playing FA? 2.5? earlier? You've got lots of experience, she has none (as far as I know). That's why I think it's better to join stacked teams. I agree with the rest you said.

which leads me to the conclusion if Wolfey and me would be playing again I'd be going to learn her how to do it... I was wondering if I should put this one... Addendum: Aim the head or neck. When you're spraying a barrel goes up so it's easier to have a headshot. Get rid of the default player models and crosshairs. Download CAL player models (you won't be considered a cheater then and you could easily notice the difference between friend and foe). Download macassault crosshairs (or any other you find suitable). Use Delta's M79 crosshair if you REALLY need to use m79 (well, it's difficult to call it crosshair, but anyway). Instead m79 I propose to use ak74 with arty I skill so you can switch to nade launcher. If you're running towards the enemy nade him then switch to full auto mode and finish them. M203 (attachment to m16) is much, much, much better but the switching between normal fire and nade launcher takes a lot of time. Use M203 when you're sure you won't be rushing soon. M16 is best all-around weapon imo (if registering is good). AK74 shoots slower than famas so there's a better chance you won't empty your clip so fast... Bind the keys you really use. If you want to use arty a lot, bind requesting arty key near your keys you use to move. Observe and listen to (is that grammatically correct?) the battlefield. Sometimes you can see (muzzle flash) and hear the enemy coming. Wait them to come! Hide behind the cover and duck. Ducking increases accuracy. So is single fire. When you notice some of your teammates has just been killed behind the corner and you hear the sounds of bandaging/ reloading go there and kill the enemy. If you found any of the above as a personal insult, I'm sorry! I don't know your on-line gaming experience. You have much better start that I had. My k/d ratio was something like 0.63 at the beginning.
  11. BountyHunter replied to Wolfey's topic in Main Hall
Use your teammates as the 'shields'. Let Klink run in front of you. Do not immediately follow him when he's entering dangerous zone. If you see him dead there's a chance that you'll find the enemy behind the corner with his pants down.... Errr, I mean reloading..... or bandaging- even Klink can hit somebody (lies!!!! he's good in FA!!!!!). Shoot the enemy and register easy kill. Aim the head. Avoid the guys with high k/d ratio at all cost. Join stacked teams. Any zoo, s^d, tac, ra etc. etc. members are your friends. OK, most of the time they will steal your kills but you can watch them and learn a bit. Avoid ssg and pistols unless you like BIG challenges. If you want to snipe get sterling as a side weapon (or remmington if you feel ok with a shotgun)- unless you can snipe from the safe spot and no one will disturb you and jump in front of you. Learn how quickly switch between weapons. Use 'simple' weapons with good range (famas, ak's, m4). Do not overload yourself with the weapons. You don't need famas+ 2 pistols+ nades+ claymore. Famas+ claymore+ bandages is much more (IMO) efficient combo. Get nomenclature fast. Learn that in close quaters (sometimes) it's better to STOP shooting rather than continue useless spraying. You will notice that some players start shooting and go back (behind the corner)- if they didn't kill you with their first shots. If you would continue spraying you would empty your clip and then he/ she would come back and kill you with the remaining bullets. Treat wounded soldiers. Learn the maps. Observe the others- they might show you how certain maps can be exploited (like using side tunnel to go near bunker on sandblast or enter the roof to start the ultimate campfest- the same map).
  12. the only 'bad' thing i can say is that i have no reg because of latency, lag spikes, chokes, high ping etc. etc.

It's ok to me. I don't like it in just one case: when reds are capping on force. I hate playing red on this map. It's much to easy (even) to me... I switch to red when the teams are uneven like 12 vs. 9. I use Delta's, which are ok, but not great (the best one is for m79...) but there is one issue: I don't have crosshairs for m14 and m4. I dunno why and always forgot to add (???) it. Haha, talking about connection: I am an Euro. Got ping like 180 and I'm usually killed by the players I didn't see... I noticed one more thing: while sniping the moving targets my headshots (ok, 'headshots') don't register, but sometimes while I missed someone's head by the inches I got hs. I dunno if it's high ping (the target moved), marksmanship or good aimbot... BTW: Wolfey, I just reached my new highs in K/D department: I got 1.81 and I'm ranked 81. Because I started to use mp5 I'm much more cautious while rushing. That's why I got such a high score. You won't have a chance (at least for now) against the guys who were spending their last 3 years constantly playing FA. [edit] BTW (2): Stats are not accurate. I've been playing under new alias last 5-7 days (means at least 10 hours), I did use a lot of g3a3, I played vietnam map with the score like 35/11 and it didn't count? [/Edith] And if you want to play very, very cautious game (to learn how to 'slowly rush') I recommend to play some rounds of America's Army. BH

Upham is a bit easier when you play blue. Sometimes you can cap the church while half of the red team didn't choose their weapons. Some players (hint: an artist formerly known as Klink) go straight to the red point (south part of the city?) and insta-cap while his teammates are capping the church... It's easier when map just started and (as I wrote above) reds can't decide which is their weapon of choice... The same goes for sandblast, but the chances of capping are equal for both sides...
  16. I told you, you're going to be banned. You didn't want to listen I would back you up in this case but I don't like to play against you so... well, you understand On topic: I am afraid it was none of your business and you shouldn't really interfere with the internal tac issues (well, can't this banned guy speak for himself?). BTW: server is inactive now so if it's 1 hour ban you'd join later. Regardless of what I wrote above GL when you'd join the server. PS I hope I won't be banned for making this comment

I was ranked 7th (once) though didn't (and don't) cap much. I don't count capping the church on upham while playing blue or capping the central bunker on sandblast as 'real' capping, though. The only map I like capping is bocage.
  18. NEGATIVE! I need to sleep from time to time
  19. 1. I didn't want to start LOL 2. It wasn't personal. If you felt offended I'm sorry. It would be stupid thing to do, assuming that: a) you're a lady (red-haired is a big advantage too ); you're new here so it's rather obvious that everyone tries to be friendly to 'newbies'; c) being friendly is one of the policies here (and I totally agree with that policy); d) you're a police officer :o (ok, NY is far, far from me, but still...) 3. I didn't feel offended by your sign. 4. I just felt surprised that my sig ("Zwei Schwester" or "Die Freundinnen"- it depends on who's asking- of Gustav Klimt) was offensive. Once more, I'm sorry. BH
  20. OMG and I've been asked to change my avatar that showed one of the paintings of Gustav Klimt.... And now some guy (gal?) is showing a lady (dressed) in erotic (I'd say pornographic) pose and it's ok... No offence Wolfey, but sometimes I'm astonished by the consistency of admins here... I wonder what would happened if I would have used an avatar with Venus of Milo... Ban?!?
  21. Great Job Hogan!!!! Good Luck!!!! You're gonna need it!!!!
  22. I voted poor because (for now) it's poor game to me. I played 2 hours. My opinion below. What I don't like: 1. new sounds: I overwrote fa2.9 files (over 3.0). I hope it's legal. I don't like it that much that I didn't even bother to make a backup. 2. SR: a. m82 is useless now. Some said that anti-recoil cheats are easy to catch so I don't know why there's a great delay between shots. b. SR shotgunning has been stopped (it's ok, even if I killed that way lots of players lately ). I don't understand that decision but I DON'T WHINE HERE!!!! It's really ok to me. c. SSG- due to faster game is crappy. If first shot misses you're dead. d. the best SR is Dragunov, I dunno why. 3. Registering: a. Even my fav (lately) g3a3 don't register. I noticed some players crouched but didn't strafe (in 1vs.1 fights). They were (IMO) afraid of no-register (like me). I did win some of those 1vs.1 duels so I'm sure they didn't strafe. And it was not accidental (they weren't rookies). b. Maybe it's because I can't hit anything? My k/d ratio dropped from almost 1.7 to 1.1-1.2 (???). I can't like it, don't you agree? 4. Faster gameplay: I felt like I had some sort of epylepsy. I've been using my PC a lot last 10 years (rounded down; oh and I didn't mention my stint with atari in the 80's), at work and home, like 6-10 hours a day and I've never had the issue like that before. Pros? G36e is my hero I've registered more hs on one sandblast that I've ever had kills with it in my entire 'career' PS I didn't read all of your opinions yet. Maybe I repeated someone's opinion. I'll read it soon and throw my 2 cents. BH
