I'm sorry to interfere, but how did you exactly hurt your knee while playing baseball? I mean I may understand you did it in basketball or volleyball or football (when you were tackled) or you could hurt your elbow while playing baseball but hurting your knee seems to be improbable....

Klink, you need to learn how to play this game (like you had to do it when you started to play FA). Every class has their advantages- for example medic is ok, but when you die too much from heavy weapons this class won't help you at the start. If you want to blow the tank, place c-4 BEFORE it comes near you and then detonate it, for example: when you see that some point is continously taken by an enemy coming from a valley, mine it. You can use engineer class to put some anti-tank mines, disadvantage: your teammates would probably run it first (but you already learn they would- you played FA with tripped clays, didn't you? ) The best way is to get anti-tank class and blowing MBT's with a strategy known as: jump from behind- shoot- hide- reload- repeat. If you're quick enough the enemy wouldn't know what exactly hit him (they wouldn't see the warning icon they were tracked). Try to get inside of T-90/ M1A2. You would be protected from infantry, but not their heavy weapons AND you'd be prime target for heli's and fighters... and I'm sure you wouldn't mind gunner position in a copter. It's by far the best 'class' you can get. You need great pilot to be your commander, but I believe there are some good pilots in TAC... Also, you can jump off the heli with some sniper rifle and try to land somewhere where you can't be taken down by infantry (like some roof that seem to be inaccessible). The rest is easy (though I know you don't like camping )

IMHO with the solo exception of JJ's post there is no real advice in here (including my post OK, maybe I was right Klink needs some match experience). But still JJ didn't say much. C'mon guys, Klink is not new here. He knows how to play smart and that the enemy can lurk behind the corner and you can nade them. He played a lot (probably more than some of us), but he noticed he didn't improve. He asked you why (or what he should do to improve) but all you can say is a bunch of cliche. For example don't tell me that Atma's moves or Samson's hs after hs after hs are just a matter of good crosshair. Don't tell me they trained a lot. Everyone of us did. But there is only a small group who can do as Klink wrote above I still claim there's some sort of falsely- understood 'eliteness' in here.

NOTE: I didn't consider myself as an elite player. I was at best above average pub player. Whatever you will read below, first comes the bright side: maybe you are not leet because you didn't participate in the matches/ scrims. Maybe you need that kind of experience to become leet of the leet. I agree with the above but that's how I read it: 1. You must be on friendly terms with You-Know-Who. Friendly terms mean that you need to show some... hmmm.... worshipfulness towards him or at least you must be on friendly terms with His arch-rivals (it's easier). 2. Game knowledge- experience is important too, but you - like me - have to learn it hard way, because, you - like me - are not on friendly terms with anyone important (in game; I don't mean TAC admins... well, now you're one of them...) 3. Because you are not friendly with computer stuff (like scripting, C++ or other) and you aren't friendly with those of whom I wrote above you don't know how to make exxxxtra long jumps (like jumping from one side of the canyon to another on coldwar so you don't need to wait on avalanche), move with exxxxxtra speed, kneel-and-aim stuff (how many times you were killed by the sniper at close range with it? Hell, you were even shooting and hiting him so his arms should shake, shouldn't it?) etc. etc. And remember of using 'tested' player models, 'proper' x-hairs etc. etc. 4. Good reflex can be learnt. I started from 0,60 k/d ratio and ended with 1.85. I personally could add: you (always) need the-top-of-the-shelf PC plus entourage (for example I used 3-button mouse that cost 2-3 $) and better connection (lag issues killed me a couple of times).

You just need to forget about the scope . BTD said I used no-recoil script or other device of that kind. The funniest (to me) part was that I can't or couldn't make any script. Even the simpliest jump+crouch seemed not to work... Of course, I laughed at my 'skills' (and these accusations) not in the game but in my appartment when no one could hear me. There was a thread concerning this problem... and demo servers are still running (I play demo).

If you're an avid on-line player (means: you buy everything that is labelled "on-line game") you're going to buy this anyway. If you're an avid FPS's player you can consider to buy it if: you like team play (and it's really, really like it), you feel being always first isn't your main goal each round, you can accept being gunman if someone is better driver/ pilot, you want to use various weapons and I mean such a variety that m16 appears to be pathetic and it may happen you can't have the single kill using a personal rifle 3 rounds in a row, you are tired of FA or CSS when it's like: jump+crouch-then-hit-3-times-run-then-one-time-reload-then-switch-to-single-fire-and-you-have-perfect-headshot-and-already-reloaded-gun-but-psst!-don't-tell-it-to-anyone-cause-it's-a-secret-of-really-leet-players. ON TOP OF IT: like someone said before, why don't you try it yourself (by downloading a demo) and see if it is worth 50$ to YOU?

BF guys, when are you playing? I tried to join a server at different times but it was always almost empty (but Sam.Gen is always on :peace: ).
