After having to put up with the crap storm of getting vanilla BF2 working again, I seriously do not want to put up with installing another EA product for a good long time. That and I have been having major problems with money due to being laid off in March of this year. I did have another job between then and now, but I had to quit because College conflicted with their schedule Anyways, It's been a rough time for me, but it's good to reconnect with you guys.

Well, It's good to see that people still remember me :thumbsup: Anyways, it's a bummer that you guys don't have a vanilla server of your own, but oh well. Least I still have the opportunity to see some guys on that other server. Or maybe not, I'm having the same problem that whitenine is, with the CD is not valid error. It's been a looong time since I've drifted away, what with shutting down your CSS server and loosing my BF2 CD key (Which I just found :thumbsup: ). Since I've reinstalled BF2, it would be nice to actually play with you guys again. So then, assuming I find it, I'll be seeing you guys on the server.

I know I fly with the mouse settings on default and it works fine for me. Sure it's not responsive enough to do loop the loops (very well at least), but it gets the job done.

Did you manage to get your basic yet? If you find it difficult to get on a 10 person game in a large server, try finding a 16 slot server with 6 people in it. There's even less people trying to shoot you down. I somehow managed to get my basic in one looong flight in a bomber with one really persistant bugger of a fighter on my tail most of the time who couldn't quite shoot me down. And I managed it with only a mouse and keyboard, but I had practiced before that in single player dogfighting with bots for a while beforehand.

I've had the problem a couple of times too, but have any of you had an enemy show up as a teammate? That's happened to me twice on your server.

go to FPS Bannana, Click GUIs, click CSS, Click HUDs, and then War Torn Hud (third down, first page). It's an entirely new hud and things are moved around with it, but you get that radar. I use that hud myself and a ton of other skins for the weapons for CSS. PS: Sorry for necropost, but figured might as well help

Yes, I know how to switch the kits weapons, I'm not a total loss Anyways, I've already gotten my second unlock and I haven't had problems since.

Ok, so I've gotten to lance corporal today and my first weapon unlock. I unlocked the L85, the medic unlock. BUT, I haven't been able to use it more than once despite having played several maps after the promotion, playing as a medic that whole time. To add even more confusion to it, on most of the maps since I've seen others using it and the other unlocks. Little help? :confused:

As for the wind, he meant that there's none to blow the bullet off track. Wind can do that. But seeing as there's no wind in the game, you have nothing to worry about. After watching that I went into the demo and tried the sniper kits. the m24 is awsome, but I can't hit crap with the SVD.

heh, that made me laugh. And that is how the knife should be in CSS: instant kill fun(for the stab at least on all angles, not just the back. slash can be the same)

as to the whole coming-out-at-you thing, that's just the way that the screenshot was taken from the game. Planning ahead can pay off lol Yeah, I wish that Morrowind had better graphics too, but it doesn't T_T. Of course, Oblivion (not exactly a sequal to Morrowind, but a continuation of the Elder Scrolls series being the 4th one with Morrowind being the 3rd) will most definately be muuuuch prettier. I wish it was out now but then again, I am in desperate need of new ram. While I have 768 MBs of RAM, it comes from a 512 stick and a 256 stick and the 256 stick is PC-200 T_T. The 512 is like PC-2700.

yes, I have made yet another sig for myself. This time I tried doing the "render pops out of sig" thing, and it works well, minus the 2 white pixels that I can't get rid of T_T (I can, but am too lazy ) And before I get questions about where the person in the sig came from, it's my character in Morrowind. my god, I think I had to change my underwear after that hallway. I literally jumped out of my seat a couple of times!!! Never has a game been this deliciously, evilly scarey since... EVER!!!
