Those are cool but what's the point. You can build a comp under $2000 that doesn't even break a sweat.I'd be cool to have in a couple of years but I dont think you need anything like that unless your a CG wizard or sumthin.

I'm 18, 19 in February-I better get a walker soon. I go to college in Illinois. My brother and some of my friends play as PUNISHER sometimes. FA is just fun. No other game has the weapon selection and skill choices like FA has.FA is great because most of the people in the community have been around a long time. Even though the mod is not official it still gains the attention of many players especially those who appreciate a well balanced game.For the most part FA is fairly clean of hacks and cheaters although they appear every now and then.Most FA servers are moderated which helps keep down and the spamming and cussing. SVD will always own ssg. With marks2 the SVD is 100% accurate even while standing. The SSG can't compete with that if the SVD is in good hands.So are they making the SSG 100% accurate while standing?if so then the SSG has a chance but otherwise it's a lost causeP.S. I get that same error all the time. I ususally have to try 2-3 times before it does not error up. I think it is an incombatibility issue.Did you get new hardware lately?good luck,PUNISHER

I use custom skins, models, crosshairs, and sounds. My setup for FA makes it own. Everything sounds good and realistic. i use some models that have visible laser sites that correspond to a red dot crosshair. Believe it or not it does make it easier to hit things up close. How many of you guys customize FA? At what point is it cheating? Why or why shouldn't customization be used? I think FA would have died long ago if there wasn't the great collection of modelers and skinners that FA has I urge you guys to check out sites like models.firearmsmod.com Simple model changes keep te game moving in a fun direction. Also, the models section in the official Firearms Forums has some great models.

TIMEOUT!!!!!.22's develop way more energy then pellet guns and the projectile ways like 5 times more.For instance I can kill a coyote with my .22 but if I shot one with my pellet gun i'd have a pissed off coyote on my rear.Also, .22's are great practice. They are almost free to shoot since you can get about 600 rounds for under $10.i have shotguns and centerfire rifles along with .22's and I can tell you that for just plain simple shooting .22's are unbeatable.And Mac when i was in grade school i used to go to the river near me to shoot stray cats. Nothin' funnier then hearing the thud of a cat fallin from a tree!

I always run out of ammo before i get super close. I keep my x-hair on the head at all times.question, on the controls config there is a "strafe modifier" key. What does strafe modifier do and is it useful?

LOL, i like the sever running at 20 people. It doesn't bog down my comp so I'll be able to own for a few days downside is it's harder to join the server

The other day I played DoD for a few minutes. Out of curiosity i began asking people if they had ever played or heard of FA. I got some positive responses but most of them ended with-it's to hard to find a good place to play FA. I told them about THE ARMORY so maybe well will get some new players.Anyway, I don't think FA is going down because of its gameplay, It is going down because of the lack of good STEAM and nonSTEAM servers.I heard a few DoD clan members say FA should have been (was actually going to be) an official mod. I wonder what went wrong?Lets hope the mod sticks around another year or two -PUNISHER

The sterling has terrible accuracy and not so great damage. I see people running with it and getting kills from a pretty far distance away. Can you guys share your secrets cause it looks like fun
