Well, I've never heard of [AESIR]...are they new? And, did you join them? Congrats!As far as our clan goes, we have many adult members who have families, full time jobs, and a lot of responsibilty...I'll leave it at. We (TA people) will be participating in a lot more stuff here in the very near future. as planning is already underway.Its summer cleaning time, and we are about to do some serious house cleaning here. A deadline has been set for the 20th of June, and if members do not reapply using the new clan roster format/program, they will be terminated and permenently removed from the clan roster.Since we opened membership again (actually, we made a slight improvement to the existing procedure), we have had about 16 new applicants so far who have signed up. We will be selecting from those folks within the next week or so. New membership requests come in daily, but as I said, we have "real life" commitments and families that take priority. The problems with a large clan is the turnover; some enter and some leave, and some enter again, and that's just the way it goes.

The posts you are referring to concerned the war in Iraq. At the time, there was a lot emotion in the air, and it was interesting to see the different views from all sides. I also believe you will find that most of the posts were locked, and some of then were even deleted (the ones you can't find now). That is behind us now, and we really don't need to start with bashing President Bush. These issues are sensitive to many, and we just don't need it here. If you feel that these types of issues should be allowed...say so. If not, please do not lead others with unnecessary inferences.
