You may want to take a look at the Federal statue about bets by wire. Since it is over the internet it is considered by wire. I will have to look it up but if the place is inside the USA there could be a problem. That is how poker playing sites get around it. They also use satelites to get through a loop hole. There is a sections in there that states there is a defense for a social game in private. I think that is just related to private card games at home though. As for the federal side I know the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 made it a federal crime and added gambling to the list of crimes which would authorize a wiretap. I just think I would stay away from this ...with you making money from others placing bets it could be argued that it is part of a business (granted it may not be much money). I just think it could present a problem if you got caught up in something bigger than you.

I have been reading up on it and the guy says he has run the car at idle with nothing but hydrogen. The problem was the power was so low it wasnt worth it. When mixed with gas the performance goes way up and so does the MPG.

So I was at work today and some of the guys caught an interesting segment on the news this morning. it is called a 419 scam based on the Nigerian Criminal code. These scammers are usually based out of Nigeria. I posted some of my exploits of screwing with these people in the Outhouse. You can cost these scammers a lot of money in phone calls and stuff. If you are interested I can give you some pointers and how you can setup some phone numbers and stuff for free.

I played the beta (fileplanet) and while an older verison it had a TON of bugs. I too have a beefy system (Intel Quad core Q6600 w/ 8800GTX). The load times are stupid long...lots of crashes. The game play was ok...not crazy about the quest log system..at all. I think I am going to atleast wait for the release and take a look at it maybe 1 month later. As for now I am still mostly waiting for Warhammer. This game stands to watch though....I am just not sure how it will do.

Well I got the big ol shaft!!!!!!!!! I paid for a year of Fileplanet after clicking on their big popup about getting in the AoC beta and after paying I click on the page to get my key. What I found after clicking on the link to get the key it took me to a page saying it was CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took my money and other than having some crappy download service I got the big SHAFT! I WAS SO PISSED!

Warhammer is looking pretty good too I think but they keep pushing it up. I may leave wow again for AoC when it comes out in May.

I know it sounds crazy but as much time as I have put in this drug like game I dont know if I could take 2,000 for it or not. I would have to consider it I guess. These games take A LOT of your time. HUNDREDS of hours and that is low balling it to say the least.

LOL yeah I used to think that too. We got bored with alliance because it seemed more kids played alliance. We rolled horde and while the have some moron kids there too it seems they stick together a little better. I am sure you have seen world pvp where alliance would ride by someone getting ganked and never stop. I have seen this with horde some but it is rare. The racial talents of horde is better for pvp any way you cut it.

I have a friend who just tried to sell his account. He had a guy willing to pay just short of 1k. He had all season 3 arena gear on a warrior on one server. He also had a season 2 gears lock and 2 other 70s. If you just have one 70 I think you are going to have a hard time getting that price. People are selling a lot of accounts now for under 1k with T6 gear. Be carefull about putting your character name out there if you are going to do this as the can cancel your account and lose your characters if someone reported you. Just wondering....what do you have and what kind of gear? I might consider a trade. I have 2 horde 70s. The shaman has season 3 with some season 2 gear (resto). It also has season3 and some season 2 elemental gear. Mining/Jewelcrafter 375. He has his epic flyer and all but just a few JC patterns. The 70 hunter has some BG gear and S3 axe. Not nearly as good gear as the shaman though. He is Herbing/Eng 375 with a eng epic flyer I have some 40s and 30 toons on my Horde server. I have an several alliance toons 70 warlock with blues/S1/S2 gear mixed (reg flying mount) 63 warrior 63 rogue 55 hunter 40 priest 23 mage I would have to see what kind of gear ect ect you have if you want to trade.
