It used to be cool to 1337 5p34k in the late 80s, but you punks ruined it for the truly hardcore.

Arrows I have more then enough keys around them (ctrl, shift, enter, del, ins, end, home, pgdwn, pgup, 0, 1, 4, 7, numlok) It allows me to keep hands and arms spread the right distance apart for maximum aiming presicion (using WASD leaves both thands too far apart). and by sliding the keyboard to the left, I get more space for rapid mouse movements. But whatever works, right? :o

Both my parents had it done. They are both at 20/20 now One thing however, my father gets "glare" at night if bright lights shine into his peripehral vision. *like high beams* I had 15/20 vision, now I am at 20/20.... damn computers. As soon as I sat infront of a monitor 8 hours a day for 5 years doing development work, I could feel my eyes degrading. My eyes don't focus as fast either, I know it's probably only a split second difference, but it is annoying. However I will wait before they degrade one more level before I have it done myself, which hopefully restores them back up to 15/20.

I understand it works like this The information being recorded is simply a file that rescripts events as the server interprets them, it doesn't matter if there are 50 recordings or 1 recording, they all get the same script file, they just view the scripts from a different perspective. So in effect, instead of having 50 different files that each client has interpreted from the server about how the game unfolded, there is 1 master file so everyone is on the same page when reviewing the game.

They may not be moving far away from the feel.... but it does look like alot of thigs are being refined.... like adding lock-ons for weapons and a scoring system that doesn't revolve around kills and flag captures. I have actually convinced my wife that she should play this with us...... MEDIC! DRIVER! :o

While you're at it, can you ban the AK and M4? Their combined kills out number the combined auto-snipe kills 4 to 1. Clearly these weapons are too dangerous to use as well. Hey wait a second... scout and AWP have more kills then auto-snipes... better ban those too. There is no need to ban auto-snipes, because their cost and weaknesses can be overcome... Awp, smoke, flash... patience.... all these things can overcome the autosnipes when used correctly.

Sorry for spam, but I was out of it this morning. I just couldn't sit through a 5 hour SQL class that started at 7am learning example after example after example with the teacher incessantly nagging "come on guys, you gotta know this, it's on the test" every 5 minutes. Felt much better around 1pm when I decided to ignore the SQL homework and play CS:S. Haha, I promised myself I would only play on the weekend during my course.... but wow, that flew out the window after about 15 minutes of starting my SQL homework when I got home. Now I am paying for it though.... I have to finish the rest tonight after work

Err, derivaties of this kind of thing have been around for years... like umm... Mplayer as far back as 1997?
