i'm guessing, but ... it seems you installed hl2, steam autostarted (likely trigered by hl2 installing file) asking for cd key ... steam was unable to detect your hl2 in registry, so failed ... i'm guessing it was looking in registry which was not refreshed as reboot may be required after installing hl2 for registry changes to be registered ... so i'd try uninstalling hl2 (and removing any remaining hl2 folders/files everywhere), leaving steam and all else alone (except someone must help us here as i seem to remember when steam is messed up you delete a .blob file from one of it's steam folders and it resets upon steam being restarted)... reboot in hopes messed up registry and steam gets corrected (otherwise a registry cleaner may be required before trying again) ... install hl2 ... ignore or stop auto steam registration of detected hl2 install ... reboot to register more fully registry changes from install ... then start steam ... if it still doesn't show game installed on game list, i think it will show hl2 on list as greyed out (otherwise find way in steam to redetect supported games installed) ... try clicking that to activate registration of it thru steam ... or something to that effect, sorry i forget the exact procedure ... but i know i've had to do something like that for something ... main thing is reboot after installing before doing anything with steam, i think. keep us posted on "trials and errors". I've had that but rarely and long ago so dunno what to say. What happens if someone else tries to login with same steam acct ? Could firewall or internet attack or sudden ping spike cause this ? Maybe rename the steam blob file which it will replace when you start it ?

fun game. i only have older n64 version.

After I updated my nvidia 5200xl drivers last june, to try and improve bf2 performance, I had similar probs with css and fa. I had to change them from opengl to d3d. Something about newer drivers won't let css and fa work well if they still set for opengl. Only prob is can't see my sprays, though others say they do. Otherwise works fine in d3d.

"Get gased". No biggy. Use antibacterial/flouride toothpaste, floss thru/around gun lline and out between teeth, antibacterial/flouride mouthwash ... and you may never have a problem again. And avoid sugar and other carbs without rinsing well soon afterwards. Sugar and carbs like breads feed bacteria in mouth which secrete acid from feeding that decays and infects teeh and gums.

Cool. Consider making the photos as interesting or funny as possible maybe. Like unusual stuff in background to see who notices.

I've noticed it falls mostly just to left of target. Atleast in map that has wind to left, noticed by watching where supplies fall. Had you set it more to right I bet you get them.
