Uhm, not if you turn off the vertical sync (or vsync for short) This will allow your graphic card to draw a new frame at any time and not having to wait for the screen to be finished drawing. This can cause some slight tearing in your frame (where the vertrical trace was on the screen when the graphics card desided to start drawing the next frame) but other than that there are no issues Ok maybe not the best technical explanation but if you need more ask google, [DIAL]Doc

Also just for reference HDTV is just the next step in TV standart (e.g. Higher resolution) it's not a TV type perse, you can have LCD, TV, Plasmas, etc. as HDTV. The newer the technology the more likely it's HDTV ready or set for that new standart. Also an option not talked about is LCD Projectors, big picture, biggest draw back you need a 'dark' room (quotes because nowardays it's not as big of an issues as a few years back) [DIAL]Doc

Ok the last two version of C-D have caused me to loose quite some hair over it :lol:In 4.25.0 I had error 45 even with the latest drivers -> Workaround was run HL in D3D instead of OpenGL -> WORKS WHY?!?!?Now with 4.26.0 I get Error 95 again reinstalled newer drivers stopped all extra soft, dosen't work in OpenGL -> Workaround again run HL in D3D instead of OpenGL -> WORKS WHY?!?!?!?!?!?So if you having trouble try running HL in D3D maybe it will work afterwards.
