I ll take a look at them, but every time i tried to change the heapsize, i got a DX8 locked vertex something or other error, as well as a "memory at such and such location cannot be "read"" error. Also, changes in interpolate just screwed things up more. updaterate/speed did nothing either. I still suffer from rubberbanding, choppiness, these quick flashes of black, and bullets not regestering. I cant figure it out, net_graph 3 always shows a decent FPS, in the 50's-60's, there is no choke, and no loss. Do in and out readings need to be the same? Argghhhh this is so frustrating, I wasnt having these problems a couple months ago

OK, so my CSS is pretty spotty. Some days it plays great, others there are all sorts of random lag effects, rubberbanding, and some other things. While I am trying different things to fix it, I was wondering if ppl could help me out with the best CVAR setup. Right now, I have set heapsize to use 786mb of my system RAM, and I plan to change CL_interpolate to 0 as well as tickrate to 100, any others?

another thing to think about: colors. Choose a color scheme for your background that matches overall, you have several clashing colors in your current one, a little harsh on the eye

I cant wait for BF2, being in a fairly high speed ROTC outfit, Im starting to get a pretty good grasp of squad tactics, and I would savor the chance take advantage of the squad leader and commander roles they are adding

I hooked it up using the exact same jacks as the headphones, so the picture isnt really worth posting, the only thing that changed is the addition of an extra wire on the outside with another connector

OK, so I have been working on a new, army themed case mod as of late. Its based off a super sweet existing mode done by zapwizard.com's master modder. I will be adding onto his idea with a number of new things, as well as redesigned front panel. I will reveal the mod as I complete it, so here tonight I unveil the custom headset for the LandWarrior Mod as I think I will call it. It is an old Army CVC helmet that I rewired for PC sound, sadly I had to replace the original heavy duty connector and exterior wires because I couldnt find a store that sold the mil spec u229/U connectors and quick disconnnect. At this moment the headphones work, and deliver great sound and noise canceling, tonight I will try to wire up the mic and hope that it works, otherwise I will have to replace it. Note: My face has been censored due to extreme fugliness

lol, guys, Im just giving you what we came up with. It was by no means conclusive or exhaustively researched. It was the result of a couple of assumptions, some fudge factors, and a few minutes in Excel. Im not a physics person, its interesting, but I suck at the mathematics of it, so Im not going to flame anyone, and in return plz dont flame me.

tonight perhaps we will do that Ky, I felt 10^68 was an awfully small number. Sneaky: googol = 10^100 googolplex = 10 followed by 10^100 zeroes, it is essentially infinity.
