errm, not to be Mr. Prude, but I think this thread is starting to push the limits of decent conversation.

I noticed the brand new map that was ported over from CS xbox, its pretty cool. I havent seen piranesi yet on the server, cool if it is. Durandal should be cool too. I wish they would remake Assault, Militia, Inferno, The Dam map, vertigo, and all those others. Oh yeah train too

This is my first look/post in the CSS area so forgive me if thas has already be covered: The server needs some more variety, Im getting kind of bored playing italy, dust(2), aztec, cbble, and chateau. Is there no way we could add some more maps at all? Pretty please with a cherry on top, i know there are more included ones, plus some popular 3rd parties

meh, not a fan of the tng acronym, not because of the swear but the passe, faux-extreme aura it emanates. Still, MAJOR props on the website, it looks awesome. my dad got the blockbuster movie pass deal, but Im sure he would love the online one since it is a lot cheaper, but a little less convenient. Emo people are funny, almost as funny as Goths. While I respect everyones right to their own lifestyle (to a point), emo's and goths are just semi-neurotic teenagers who have let hormones get the best of them and in turn desperately crave attention to feed their ongoing negative perception of the universe. This perception is often brought on by some exagerated emotional experience (ie a breakup). Just to clear things up, Linkin Park isnt Emo, I have heard that insinuation a lot lately

to each their own. Im not a big fan of smack talking, though I will congratulate a good kill as necessary. Also, 3 ppl exchanging amusing anecdotes about CS in the middle of a round is very, very distracting for me. Im not going to be a Ventrilo nazi, Ill just use HL voice for non-match play, no biggy.

2004 Ford Ranger. Green with single cab, flareside boxes, inline 4 gokart engine, power-nothing, ABS, and a surprisingly good sound system for a 10,000 new, bargain, "been on the lot for a year, plz buy truck" Much as I diss it, I actually like, and it has the new grille style of the 04/05 F150, so it actually looks pretty cool. Its also great for hauling stuff (which I do a lot surpisingly)

vent was good for the match, and much to my chagrin I believe I was guilty of exactly what I was defaming it for, but for regular gaming purposes Im using HL Voice comm plain and simple.

Im continually told, i should use vent, cause its awesome. Well heres why i dont. Everytime I get on, go to the game channel, ppl are talking NON-FREAKING-STOP. I JOIN THE GAME CHANNEL TO PLAY AND USE VOICE COM FOR TACTICS NOT TO HEAR IDLE CONVERSATION IN THE MIDDLE OF A MATCH. Im on a vent channel for CSS right now, ppl are talking non-stop in the middle of a game, VERY distracting. Even worse, the vent volume controls dont work on my comp so I am stuck listening to ppl at a very loud volume, and unable to change CSS's to compensate. Further, HL Voice Comm censors out those ppl talking who are dead. So you see, this is why i use the ingame chat where i can easily mute ppl without alt-tabbing. [/Frustrated Rant]

I promise to stop saying "pwned" in everyday conversation I would like to lose some weight (I did it last year, I can do it again), more specifically that dreaded freshman 15 I want to drop my 2 mile run speed by 30 seconds so I can solidly pass the ROTC APFT, its the only thing holding me back ( I need 15:54, my best is 16:10) Also, I want to stop saying mean things about my ex-gf behind her back. Its an illegitimate psychological defense mechanism that is generated by that part of the brain that tries to convince you that you are always right (it really exists, cant think of the name). We split on good terms, and there is no reason I should be saying these things. Those are my resolutions, some people might think these things are wishful thinking, but they are only if you think of them as such

Can someone hook me up with some links? I dont like how most of the CSS sounds were recycled, and the FA sounds just dont do justice to the weps. Also, I HATE the default CSS skins.

Im sitting here with two rags in my mouth, all hopped up on Super Motrin. In a little bit I will be even more hopped up and hopefully down for the count on some type of Vicodin, a mild mild form of morphine and Sweet Momma H. Obviously this will postpone the TAC CSS comeback tour I have on. So, just a heads up. Ill be back in a couple days after I recover and get settled in back at college. DEFCON out

DOW is the shiznit, the close combats are beautiful (i love the finishing moves), I heard Killzone was mediocre at best. All glamor and no substance

To be fair, the Canada bashing is all in good fun, virtually everyone I know has been to Canada and has nothing but good things to say about your country. But yeah country dissing and excessive Nationalism/ignorant patriotism gets on my nerves too. Also, AOL grammar bugs the hell out of me, unless it is used sparingly as a form of short hand, not a standard means of conversation.
