Wow. Congrats. Some of these games certainly exercize our patience. That's a good thing. That's why I voted awhile back to maintain game scores so hard worked for stats remain. Others can still work at various ones to increase their rank and feel proud. The harder you have to work for it the better it feels.

2 great sigs klink and boja. Klink's reminds me of movie "Backdraft". As in watch your back soldier. Boja's impresses me more I think because the changing pics, as with multiple pics at once, seems to tell more of a story. Good work soldiers.

Some good questions in this thread. Would it be best to dedicate full server bandwidth/ping to new game which may have higher server demands then previous games. Or if not that many members getting it right away, would it be workable to run medium size servers for it and bf2. So that it can be tested by those that get it asap and still allow other members to play in our BF2 server. My guess is this can only be known when it is released and we see how many get it and how much bandwidth it uses.

I helped a bit when she asked for opinion ... i suggested she had great idea with the dark "unknown soldier" idea ... and to leave it standing out ... for that reason i thought flash would take away from that honorable representation ... but upon seeing it i am impressed ... i vote for flash... i also suggested keep background and left minimized to not take away fro mthe powerful unkown soldier theme. great work tigerhawk ... she was lucky i kept busy trying various games like BF2, BFV, FA ... so i wasn't distracting her as much as usual ... hence no weord posts of mine yet.

I am open to "jockularity" as long as it can not be considered inadequate for "prime time tv" or "saturday morning tv". As to your "smoke screen effect" of what matters here, the idea of different colors on left and right with mix in middle, reminded me of a septic tank. j/k. In these, the different matters settle/float/levitate. Like a "B52 shooter". Maybe instead of color differentials that might not look great, consider showing change some other way. Butt, just teasing you back and suggesting like a painting, color balance may look better.

Asus N6600 with 256mb ddr, 300-450 mhz engine, 500-650 mhz ddr ram. Is TigerHawk's. Was retail $299 Canadian on sale for $199 last March. Been a pain. Locks up half the time starting winxp or bf2. Tried new and old drivers from Asus. Also tried new and old drivers from Nvidia website. It's meant for an 8x agp slot wirh 3.3 volts. Compatible with our 4x agp 1.5 volt slot but not reliable. We have 490w psu. The Asus driver software "Smart Doctor" shows voltages and warned it may not be reliable with the detected 1.5v at agp slot. Since I've tried everything it must be right. I was mad becasue the box says nothing about this recommendation. Don't want to give it away. Hoping to find local shop that takes trades, for an ATI 9600XT or higher. The ATI 9600XT 128 mb ddr gives same low 20's fps in bf2 in hers and my pc, as the n6600 does, and never locks up. I was also more impressed with the ATI website having device drive cleaner, microsoft.net framework 2.0 installer and generally more help. in future i'll only consider ATI. It's probably just that tiger has mobo and cpu below prefferance of the n6600. Be warned, you might want to consider whether you might have similar probs.

very funny. lol. i need good laughs much, thanks whoever did that. yes i sometimes need to relax after work at home to unwind, not feeling unwound enough to try bf2, i sometimes get great enjoyment from our forums trying wisecracks or offering help. either way, it feels good atleast trying to share a laugh or helpful opinion. it often turns my world negative feeling to a hopeful positive outlook.

lol. klink and i wish. our city council has reduced the time allowed for maintaining time points to "the point" of endangering traffic and buses ... as they listened more to public complaints of us relaxing at bus terminals or using the can ... so council figured we had time to spare ... time we needed to get out and use can and relax every 40 minutes ... now many of our routes the drivers have no time to spare for can for hrs ... INSANE ... and i remember the stupid newspaper quotes from these non-working-ever types that complained we were able to get out and try t orelax from the traffic and drunks ... CITY HALL here gives more credit to them them us. hmmm ...

it's been a while, i think Germany may deserve a win, Klink.

with fa, world stats were "denied", we had link for last 2 or 4 weeks of stats from just our server ... and it was one of the most populated servers until it dropped the game. it in my opinion kep a lot of clan members coming back to just us, for just that fun of OURS. Not the world.
