  1. I wonder if there will be jets and helos. It'll be real hard to spot enemies. I can't wait!!
  2. Ban the server!
  3. It's worth a shot. I'm hoping to get some game time in soon
  4. As far as I know, no one in our clan has ever banned anyone for hacking. If someone did ban you for hacking, you're ban will be up for review. It sounds like you have a punkbuster ban. Can you play in other servers?
  5. Glad that facts like these need to be posted by the ISPs. If they can fix the monopoly problem, then we will all be in good shape.
  6. I still can't believe you use a trackball, that's just friggen amazing. I bet your thumb is popular with the ladies
  7. That really does look good, can't wait!

  13. I remember a time that when I bought a game, it was finished and perfect weeks before launch day. There were no revisions, it was ready on day 1. You know how I know this game won't be finished on launch day? The humongous day 1 patch you're all going to get. First two weeks are going to be patches and bugs and balancing. I never said I'm not getting the game, I'm just not going to pay to beta test it. I'll wait until it's finished, then decide. I think hardline couldve been a fun game, but it just doesn't feel like a police vs. criminals type of game to me. BF4 feels like a wargame, and they do it well. Hardline feels like a mishmash . I don't get the feeling like I'm a police officer or a criminal in hardline. For these reasons alone, I don't like the game. I've never liked grand theft auto or call of duty. I could like a cops and robbers game, but this game doesn't do it well in my opinion. For those of you who say I should join the police force if I want to feel like a police officer... A good game is immersive. You've all played immersive video games, and in my opinion, hardline is more arcadey and not immersive at all. SMAWs and stingers in hardline? Nuff said
  14. Well I just lowered the performance settings in Windows 7 (Right Click Computer -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced Tab -> Perfomance Settings -> Adjust for best performance) and it didn't do it once today when I received friends notifications and I'm still running in Full Screen mode. I sure hope it fixed it!
  15. Besides Battlefield, my other favorite games are racing games. I really dig it and I'm thinking of trying out another racing game. The game that got me all started was Gran Turismo on PS1. I really enjoy tuning cars and when I get burned out on BF4, I like to turn a few laps and/or tune some cars. I sometimes play Forza 5 on Xbox One, not often, but I'm thinking of getting a PC racing game like Assetto Corsa or Project Cars. Anyone else into racing games?
  16. Ok, I'm staring a little too long :o hehe I'd definitely take the first one over the second one
  17. I tried that and it made the game feel smoother but then I would get graphic lag that wouldnt happen before, so I went back to full screen mode. Is there a way to get this to stop happening in full screen mode?

added! Hope it takes off wolf!
  19. When I play BF4 and alt-tab out, it auto-tabs back in to the game and it's annoying. I hate when I get a friend notification and the window minimizes too. How do I stop it from doing that??
  20. I hope they don't nerf it, the M1911 is overpowered in my opinion :-D
  21. Holy $300 router Batman!
  22. I bet Gator and IKII will have it fixed soon and I'll look into it when I get back home tonight. It's safe to come back plus we need your connection to troubleshoot the server. There were problems with disabling multi balancer features, for example. Thanks for being patient Patches while the bugs get worked out.
  23. With the proper custom firmware like OpenWRT, you can get an iPhone app for the dark knight. I prefer Merlin firmware. It's light, and doesn't deviate much from standard features. The dark knight runs about 55C, which concerns me some. I'd like to modify it sometime with a fan. I'm very OCD about keeping my computing devices cool. I've had it over a year, no issues, hopefully the heat doesn't kill it.
  24. How the heck did your nighthawk go down?? That router is not that old. I have a dark knight which is in competition with the nighthawk and its doing me just fine. I'm sure I'm not using it to its full capabilities but I am pushing it pretty hard. I'm using a custom firmware and it's based on Linux like you probably already know. I use it to stream MPEG 4 and h.264 advertised by an over the air antenna transcoder wirelessly to media center extenders using my PC as a home theater DVR and TV guide. It is connected to three different XBOXs and my PC and I'm able to game on all of them in open NAT mode. I also use it attached to network attached storage (my own personal cloud), and a network printer. I have no issues at all with my router. It just works. I also like the wireless power adjustment and have it set so low that I can only pick up wifi on my property. I can crank up the power so much that I can see the signal over a block away if I wanted.
