If you are playing Battlefield 4 and join our teamspeak as Axlerod describes, once you join a team, you will be automatically switched into your teams channel for battlefield comms. You must understand, you can't just join into any enemy comms, there will be crosstalk. That is why we have teamspeak set up this way. If you are just on just to chat and talk to one of us, try another room. You are more than welcome to come into any of the other channels to talk to any of us.

There also may be a port conflict. Is it giving an error when launching BF4? Make sure all necessary ports are open or your router is running in UPNP mode. Also try repairing BF4, and update punkbuster. There are links on the right hand side of the website with links on how to repair and update.

Try reinstalling teamspeak and make sure it is fully updated. What error are you getting exactly? We need the error ID.

If you want communication, you've come to the right server. You won't find it in game as much though, we primarily use teamspeak.

Yea, the choppers are so difficult to fly! It took like 3-4 minutes to fly Sharp to the objective and I crashed when I got there. I felt really bad because I basically took up a bunch of his time just to crash. I don't feel too bad because Gator crashed with the entire platoon after a long heli ride, no one survived.

I purchased the version for $30 on sale. I wish someone would come in and explain all the different packages.

Hey everyone. TAC is testing ARMA 3. This game is like Battlefield on steroids. It has HUGE maps, it makes Battlefield maps look tiny in comparison. It is a bonafied military simulation. I went through bootcamp and immediately after we were called in to rescue a group of friendlies that came under attack. We had to actually triangulate their position. It took about 4-5 minutes to get there by jeep. Once we were there, we came under small arms fire. We had to clear out the location. It started getting dark out before a transport helicopter came in and lifted us away. All I can say is that the game is very engaging. I hope everyone decides to try the game out, after all, it is free to test. The Armory has rented a server for one month to get a feel for clan adoption and see if it takes off. Please jump into the teamspeak channel to learn more. *edit* I forgot to mention, the game is on sale right now on Steam, so if you are interested on trying it out, now is the time.

I would like to see a futuristic game but I'm open to any well playing battlefield game even if it is set in WW1 as long as I am not spoon fed. I hope DICE learns from Battlefront and doesn't continually remove features just to keep the game simple.

I think spectating would be fair enough. Does anyone have a problem with this method? You should log into the teamspeak server during normal server hours so we can speak to you. This is almost certainly a requirement. I'll be on this evening and, or other admin needs to observe you playing. You must get your typical high scores. If I am not online, an admin will approach you. We are fair here at TAC. Like what has been said previously, if you're not hacking, be proud of yourself, but we need to verify your gameplay. It's the price we pay to play on a hack free server, sometimes innocent players get caught up unfortunately. I'm sure you understand.

Do you have any recent in game video of yourself playing BF4 using the pecheneg and getting a 3.00 KDR?

I just looked at your stats. Your KD ratio is very high. Do you have any recent video achieving this KD ratio in a match?

Why do we ban suspected cheaters? To keep the server clean of course. Unfortunately, innocent players will be banned too, that's why there is a ban appeals procedure here. If you're clean, be proud of yourself and officially sign up, let us know what happened, and there will be a review. Please remember, BF4 is a difficult platform to administrate concerning hackers. The spectate feature doesn't really work properly and we must rely on stats and intuition. We can't just ask if someone hacks in game chat either. Please understand that and post your appeal. If you have recent in game video, that will help.

Your opinion matters. We dont want air vehicles to dominate. I'd be happy if they seriously reduced splash damage of the 30mm ammo used by the little bird or atttack jet requiring much more accuracy as a nerf against air attack vehicles vs infantry if MAA damage was seriously reduced or MAA projectile speed was greatly increased and range decreased and lock on time increased.

You can help work on server population. Anyone can. Just get into teamspeak if you're in a gaming mood. Start the teamspeak server first. Maybe put a note next to your teamspeak name (need help starting server). Usually someone will get on and help. I do agree, I wish there was a morning presence on the server especially on the weekends. When I can, I like to do my gaming early with some good coffee. I wish I had more time to help out bro

I remember when Gator was one of our main pilots and would be sitting in the heli at a flag. After we cap that flag, he would bark over the mic and command us all to get our ass in the chopper. Yea, I was one of the slow ones, he'd usually wait. Then we would make it relatively unscathed to the next flag, rinse wash repeat. Nowadays, if you see a chopper at a flag, it was likely abandoned and badly damaged, usually on fire. The most likely scenario is the pilot barely made it over two flags and bailed and what's left is a gnarled heli chassis wreckage. It's a stupid move to load up an Ace squad in a transport chopper to get to another flag. I bet you agree rbev that some tweaking needs to be done.

I'm a pilot, and I can go on a good streak of kills, but nothing ruins my good time and makes me stop using jets or helis faster than Gator and his stinger. Yea, when he has enough of my BS, he dedicates himself and often his whole squad to ruining my fun. Gator isn't alone, I get shot down alot by infantry, add to that the stupidly overpowered MAA and piloting just isn't worth it anymore at all. I'm a good pilot, I should have a chance. What's that squad? There is an LAV giving you hell at the flag? OK, I'll spawn in this jet and strafe it. Skies are clear, enemy LAV targeted, oh damn I'm getting locked on and I just took off! Pop the flares, taking enemy fire from the MAA! Evasive maneuvers, getting locked on again by stinger and MAA now, pow! Some help I was :-/

I've felt this way for a long time. Can't fly the chopper or even jets much anymore, its pointless. Just end up getting shot down instantly. I posted in the thread.
