No admin banned you. You teamkilled, and were punished. If you are punished enough for tks, you will be automatically kicked/banned for 1 round. Unfortunately, most people playing BF2 aren't smart enough to realize this it the DEFAULT SETTING FOR BF2 SERVERS. Deal with it. If you don't want the server to ban you (Yes, the message says "admin" but it's really the server itself) then don't tk. Don't respond to "Nancy crap" with your own "Nancy crap" I am getting really disappointed with the lack of attention/comprehension of how this game works, and people blaming admins for automatic system responses.

I'm sure it does suck to lose all the progress you've made. If I see you in game, I will let you kill me and take one of my unlocked weapons At least it's easier to get the ranks than it was before this patch.

I just got veteran engineer combat last night. Did they lower the amount of time in each kit to get veteran rank? EDIT: I thought veteran was 50 hours in a kit, but now it says 15. In that case, I should be getting a couple more veteran badges soon. I am still missing basic knife I do have Mid East Service and Far East Service though.

Command points are added to global score, but at a much lower rate than combat points and team points. If you're mainly going for G-Score, don't be a commander.

This isn't the same issue. The thing they fixed was a bug that displayed people's names in orange if they had a certain character combination in their name. The red friendly name bug wasn't even addressed, and last night it got me about 10 tks and banned once... Extremely annoying.

I've killed blackhawk minigunners and jeep drivers with the pkm, just shoot into the open windows. I just can't kill the attack helicopter pilots/gunners though

I like support or spec ops. On certain maps, I will go support and follow 3-4 anti-tank people around for some serious points :peace:

It's not really point padding, because it's still fighting, and in this case, the combat is possibly a bit more even. It is a cheap way to get awards though, and that's the point of the servers. I agree, this shouldn't be allowed on RANKED servers. If you want to have "fun games" do it on a non ranked server.

Something the medic class can do, if you find a "critically wounded" soldier, you can bring them back. It usually ends up like this: Soldier gets shot. Medic revives Soldier. Soldier and Medic get killed by the same guy that shot the Soldier the first time. Both respawn from the beginning and start over.

I have an older Canon S400 4 megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom, and it works fine for me. It was $500 new 2 years ago, but I think they are going for about $200-250 used now. I like it because it's small enough to fit in a pocket, so I don't look like a tourist EDIT: Just saw one going for $185 on ebay. Didn't even check other listings, that was the first one I stumbled across.

The images they are using are a few years old. My neighborhood is still dirt and trees in google earth.

Sharpshooter6 told me about this a while back.. it's really handy. And there's not many ladders in a blackhawk, so it's understandable that some people wouldn't know about it
