The second one, with the flash across, the flash doesn't match completely with the sword... it's a fraction "off" anyway, if you have to use a flash (for cheesy dramatics) then the first one. I just think sigs shouldn't look so busy.

I say stick with SF, it's giving us the most "full server" time. We can always play on Joe's or VSF's server for BF2.

Yes it will be buggy, yes people will complain. As long as I can step on impact while "driving" one of those 'mechs, I will be happy.

I don't think you can unlock the SF unlocks until you get the regular BF2 unlocks. At least I couldn't unlock the medic G36 until I had the L85. Let me tell you, when I play medic, I only use the L85 now. On single shot (I try not to get "up close and personal" as I have no motor skills anymore) that weapon is almost as nice as a sniper rifle. I actually outsniped a sniper with it just recently. The DAO-12 still is one of the very best for close combat. Add with it the ability to snipe with the rocket launchers, and you have a very effetive combo. My choices would be L85, MG36, DAO-12, and the L96 (sniper) that one pops helmets like mad.

I would like to see AF stay up for at least a week or so and see if it stays populated. Maybe it's just new and that's the only reason people play it, but then again, I really like it (so far) more than either regular BF2 or SF.

I think we need this anyway. Occasionally I play on other servers, but a lot of them are just trash. We need to track the good ones, like VSF

The armored slugging matches are amazing.... In one round last night, there were close to 12 armored vehicles fighting across a river with 2 bridges. Infantry was either engineer for repairing or anti-tank. This was probably the most fun I have had in any BF2 game so far. There are anti-air vehicles and emplacements everywhere. With the heli armor "nerf" they almost aren't worth flying, but I notice the good pilots can still get plenty of kills, so I don't think there's that much to complain about. This booster pack really means it when they say "armored fury" Besides, living on the east coast, I really like playing in these areas... I almost feel I know the highways I cruise in my M1A2.

I love the maps. They are mainly armor, the only infantry kits worth taking are engineer (to repair armor) or antitank. I really don't have $10 to waste, but it was worth it driving a tank through Mac's farmland in Pennsylvania

You don't actually have to get the kills with the engineer's shotgun or the sniper rifles. Pick the kits and drive around in a vehicle. Get tank or apc kills, or even command and use artillery.. you will still get the badge.

To get a repair point from fixing a vehicle, someone has to be inside it. Another way is to fix the UAV/Satellite/Artillary. You need 10 kills in a round while using that kit. You could be an engineer and kill 10 people while driving a tank, and it will count for the engineer kit badge.
