There really isn't that much you need. Most permanent residence applications are either filed by family members that are current US citizens or by companies for employment. Here's the US Citizen and Immigration Service website, with a ton of information. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis Another thing to do is visit the nearest US Embassy and discuss options with them.

You do know this "news" is actually 9 months old, don't you? What is bad about this? Since this has been posted on the FA:S forums, several things have changed... x^18 has left FA:S, WaW is "temporarily" on hold, and the soap opera continues. I had that problem too.. When I tried to order through Firefox, EA Link (which should not have problems with a real web browser) kept saying my session timed out. When I tried again with IE, it worked fine and I was able to pre-order.
