Well, tommorrow Im heading off to the UK + Ireland for 3 weeks. This means that I will be out of all contact with the clan and computers for the duration. Unless of course our evil group guide nazis let go to internet cafes or something. Doubtful, since the group contains kids grades 7-graduated from highschool and the group leaders have set the assumed maturity level to the lowest common denominator (oh joy, the buddy system). Oh well, Im looking forward to the trip just for the sights and sounds if not the people Im going with.

its expensive but ebay and online retailors have some good deals.BTW are you more of a future or fantasy type of guy? I recommend the 40000 universe, it has a gothic backstory that rivals no other game out on the market.

tried that, Im sure its not a virus, I have good virii sensing skills having fallen victim to some pretty nasty ones in times past.

it and its multitude universe derivatives (Necromunda, Inquisitor, BAttlefleet gothic, mordeheim, gorkamorka, etc) are great games. Even the RPG and skirmish derivatives are easy to learn but maintain a certain level of nuance that lend the game a weird kind of satisfying simple complexity (one heck of an oxymoron/paradox)

Ok i have posted about this in other areas but now im getting truly frustrated, I m continually crashing out of HL and getting packet errors described as WSAEINTR errors. WHY????? I have tried some suggested fixes but none worked, im thinking a port conflict is the culprit but i dont know how to fix this.

I think i may have posted about this before, but I cant remember. Do any of you, especially the British folks, play Warhammer or Warhammer 40k? If so, what do you play?

i agree with Ky to a point (gasp!) However, I dont believe that believing things unchangeable all the time will make you happy at all. Heck, for someone who believes this, you certainly dont sound too happy Ky. I think one needs to strike a perfect balance of idealism and reality, one that is defined on a per person basis. thank god for 65mph speed limits and plenty of state troopers to enforce it. My friend thinks he is invincible in his steel beast of a 1987 ciera so he floors it on our highways and heck on our town roads, but one day he will find out the hard way he isnt. Same way with my friend and his stupid seabring, especially bad since he is an angry. emotional driver. I think if they upped the speed limit in the US, it would be disaster, too many people are killed as it is in high speed accidents. Luckily ppl in pennsylvania are too paranoid of cops popping out of their clever hiding places and ticketing them for both no seat belt and speeding to really ignore the speed limit.

H1 or H2 for me. Those sports cars are nothing but high speed coffins. If you get in an accident all they have to do is bury the wreckage as it will be compressed to about coffin size. Though they are nice cars when they aren't moving

argghhhh, i cant. It bothers me so badly, but i just dont have the social skill needed to ask her. However, ive been doing a lot of exercising over the last few months in preparation for the West Point PAE and the results are really strating to build my self-confidence, so i dunno maybe i will work up the nerve soon.

i can sympathize, the love of my life, my love at first sight, lives a few houses down from me. She has the exact personality traits I desire and is neither strikingly gorgeous nor fugly, she just has a quiet beauty. However, after lots of self-analysis ky-style, I just cant get up the nerve to say anything to her in terms of "will you go out on a date with me". The worst part is, I suspect she likes me as well but she is incredibly shy and quiet (just like me in real life) and so neither of us can ever strike up a real conversation beyond some occasional small talk. It blows, seeing her house everyday and not being able to talk to her at all. Dont worry man i have feeling things will change for me and you soon. We are only 17 and frankly its not all that bad not having a girlfriend when I look at teh problems some of my friends have with theirs.

from the sound of it, i wouldnt turn to soy's sister for anything, blood or not....
