well now you guys have done it, you've aroused my console sentiments. You guys (PS2 players anyway) are in for a hurricance now.First, GTA 3, and GTA VC.played on both pc and ps2, didnt like either.GTA3: just plain boring, drive, shoot, runover ppl, repeat.GTA VC: same as GTA3 but with an obnoxiously over the top orangish hue even at night that vainly attempts to imitate the 80s, plus those annoying heat wavy things.PS2: lots of good games, ill give it that. Otherwisecontroller smaller than my palmno net play central infrastructure (like xbox has)bad, bad, bad texture detailrelies on aging software tricks to try and imitate hardware enabled graphics power, mixed resultsmemory cards suckOUT DATED!!!!Japanese games have become stale cliches with goofy names and goofy premises (oft mistaken for originality)porting PC games like HL and UT to ps2 is a heinous sacriligeX-Box: Getting there, one good game at a timegames are coming out in an increased paceonly about 1/5 of all games are actually good (but that 1/5th includes halo, the REAL version of splinter cell, and improved ps2 ports)xbox live is a miracle to behold (i have seen the future of consoles, and it is good)practically a PC w/ HARDRIVE and P3 as well as souped up Geforce 3 w/ shadersdashboard allows mp3 ripping and management (forthcoming enhancements will add to this power)2 sizes of controllers, both ergonomically perfect for all gamersdid i mention the harddrive that allows all sorts of enhancements (new levels, new software, etc.)supports HDTV resolution and dolby digital sound shizzle as well as s-videoHalo, Halo2, and the multiplay justfies an x-box alonesupported by reams and reams of cash as well as the premiere software company in the worldthat neat cable break system that prevents people who trip over cables from destroying anythingdid i mention the harddrivePC: the king for all timebigger, better, faster in every way shape and formcan do anything a console can do 5 times as wellbetter games in generalwill be getting halo and halo2bigger harddrives than the xboxhave i missed anything???

XP is the shizzle, it never crashes and the only games that dont work for me are like 6+ years old. When mac came over once, ME crashed about 10 times, xp didnt flinch. In the 18 months ive had xp, its locked up irrevocably only 3 times. Oh, and drivers play nice with it.

you are very dour at times kami, sheesh. I think its actually a pretty cool idea, i end up in that stupid my-target-moved-so-now-my-grenade-is-useless situation alot. If not that, than perhaps secondary would let us cook off the fuse or roll the grenade for for stealthy grenade kils

I havent been on FA in 2 weeks now, for a very good reason, im obsessed with DOD and battlegrounds. Not to fear, i will be back very soon, in addition, im goign to continue to be active on the forums as always. ill smack toxxys and laxton around a little and get them playing FA as well
