I am having multiple issues with installing the upgrade, again, so I have placed a support ticket to get it fixed. I know the site is hanging and is awfully slow, but hopefully we will have things running smooth again in the coming days.

Try a different browser, Firfox, IE, Chrome, etc

Maybe you need to reboot. If not, you can go here and select "Reserve Windows 10"

I plan to upgrade the site in the next day or so to version 4, so you will see some error messages as the update process takes hold. Once the update is complete, I have to rebuild all of the blocks. All features will be added back except for the Arcade, which will not reappear until the programmer completes the upgrade ...whenever that will be. Also, we will have only a few skins/themes until I have to to make a few themes in the near future. The upgrade will add many new features I think you all will like. Larry (Gator)

Make sure you have all the windows updates installed, and then you will see it.

I've beta tested Windows 10, and it is almost just like windows 8.1 for the most part, except it is flatter and has a hybrid start menu like Windows version s of past. It runs BF4 just fine. I was referring to the Windows 10 notification pop-up window everyone is getting that talks about reserving a copy.
