ok, you need a program that can extract the file from the zipped form, winzip is good, or winrar ( www.rarsoft.com ), right click on the file and see if you can "extract it" if you can do, put it somewhere like c:\vidpatch. once you have done that, goto the place where you extracted it to ( c:\vidpatch\ ) and you should have a patchname.EXE file. click on it, it should installl itself from there.. if you have any more queries post em here ill see what i (and the rest of us) can do

it definatly works thru a wall for a friendly, depending on where you look, itll show up around the vacinity of your crosshair, although it only works if you place the hair right on the enemy (on their torso hitbox)

well AK, tere is one rule on the TA server that has always been enforced, you have played on the FA server enough, seen the ticker and other people get warned about swearing by myself and TA members, why is it different for the TA-DC server???i asked you nicely twice to refrain from swearing after someone shot you down over the base, and if i remember rightly it was enormous that said something when you had a pop at him, gator banned you, guess its up to gator and the other admins to unban you.btw, i may not be an admin, but i like TA, and i stand up for the values they uphold, and if that means i ask you not to swear, then i would apreciate if you didnt swear, as it happened i had my 10yo cousin in the room at the time and the ensuing barrage of questions from his parents cause he went down stairs and said a few things you typed was NOT nice.now tell me one thing AK, you see a guy getting beaten in the street by another guy, do you just say "hell i aint no cop why should i help?" and walk on? no you go and help him.

i tried the mouswheel with throttle, but it only goes up when you are turning it, as soon as you stop it goes back 0 throttle.i am assuming this is because it is not terminal, (it keeps on going round forever)

Rofl, "at what point is it cheating" modding FA becomes cheating when you can see thru walls, prone at full run speed, and jump 20 feet in the air =Dhonestly i dont think modding FA should ever be classed as cheating (so long as its the crosshairs, skins counds etc.) more enhancing the experience, i have downloaded gen. dinko's xmas pack (it rox btw) and i am very very happy with it, its basically everything that i was looking for in one easy to install with regards to teh gp25, m203 and m79, a crosshair gives no advanrage cause of the arced angle of flight, and with the knife its impossible to utalise the crosshair because of the speed at which the battle usuallt occurs.

well, in the UK (not to sure about the US) the criminal seems to have more rights that the victim, how ****** up is that, i mean comonBoxing day a cop over here (uk) was shot 5 times in the face at pointblank range and another in the face from 10 feet whilst they tried to arrest a nut for speeding,what is this world coming to.

Just to really say thankyou for putting up with me FA people (and normus), you provide a great service to the TA community and i am so glad i found you server way back, makes a nice change to be able to play with a groupd of mature guys (and some gals too) and to know that if something happens it will be dealt with in a professional manner as well, keep up the fantastic work, and thankyou once more have a great Christmas and new year.... Trust me guys, if you are low enough to even think about killing yourself, then you probably think that no-one would notice either, i have been thru some tough times, some very tough times, and i OD'ed as well, it was only because i didnt turn up for work that a friend came around and sorted me out, i was in hospital for 3 weeks after that, thing s i didnt tell anyone anything, BECAUSE i thought no-one had time to sort me out, no-one cared, all we can do is let him know that we do care, and offer any help that we can.

Dudes he has issues that alot of you couldtn comprehend, sychiatrist or not, leave him be let him sort out these issues as he feels best

OK my best moment, dont think i have a ~"best moment" as such, cause i suck at FA, but funniestThis was on teh map where you have to destroy the chateau and gondola crates, can never remember its name.I was on blue team, and was recording a demo for the hell of it, about 5 minutes into the end of the map, i hear a shout from enormous to get a decent arty marker somewhere, i tried and tried and with about 25 reins left i thought, to hell with it, ill try one more time.Went across the courtyard with the nice statue in it, and up the stairs to the right towards the avalanche, there was a guy prone up top who i dispatched with my uzi, and he levt me 10 health down, then i came around hte corner and another red guy jumped me, having no ammo left for my uzi i sliced his head with my KaBar and got a reasonable kill, although by this point i only had 22 HP left and was starting to think "i am gonna die soon" (how wrong could i be) i carried on past the avalance and down the slope, but i got impatient and jumped off and broke my leg, and lowered my health to 9. Now the situation was classy, there was a guy in front of me on a morter, one at teh ammobox, another in the base and 2 standing around chatting. i dropped an arty marker outside teh crates, thinking that would be good enough, nah, next came a few fet more towards the ammo, still alive here, the guy on teh morter turned around at this point and looked right at me, but carried on to goto teh ammo and refill his morter rounds a little, ANOTHER guy ran out of the red spawn right past me, 4 arty markers later i was stood looking in the red entrance, and another guy looked at me, went over tot he back of the hut and decided that i WAS actually a blue player and shot me as i turned around to knife the guy on teh morterI would say that to acomplish this will only 9hp and a broken leg was pretty sweet, especially in red spawn, I might get around to looking for some pix of it on teh demo and ill post a few =D

i am SO in and i am SO gonna get owned... which brings me to the topic of Lamers and TKers, you will need to draw up some rules like the swear filter on TA-FA to deal with htem, they come in thick and fast people...

ouch wellsy =Di cant even dreeam of using the famas, way to powerfull for me, 1. its the weapon that kills me the most, and i mean alot (114 kills so far)2. in R/L its the most inaccurate gun ever made, 3. although skilled players do use it, and very well (mac wellsy) you get the every day avarage "just dled FA" joe take it cause the stats look good and spray and pray!
